Hello everyone, how are you doing? I welcome you all to the final week of the engagement challenge this season, it's a great opportunity to be able to write to you In this community.
Today, I shall be sharing my personal relationship with someone I entrust with a lot of things, I consider him a great friend and he has been an important part of me as well, happy Reading!!.
What do you understand by this Statement "A Friend in Need is a Friend Indeed", well it's just as simple as it sounds, it means a friend who came through for you when you needed them, is a truly friend who cares about you.
We all have varieties of people around us, there are some people we consider as a friend but we don't feel good enough asking for there help, and at the same time, there are people who you are certain they wouldn't come to your aid, well, that doesn't make them a bad friend, it only mean they aren't your indeed friend.
A friend indeed is someone who will always come to your rescue, a friend that has more of your interest as much as you do, and the only person I could give this title to is my friend @usmanismail882, he was an active steemian, but due to one or two reason he has been inactive for a while.
That was a picture of I and Ismail , this was took 9 months ago which was the last time we saw each other last, he was a very unique person to me , and equally important as well.
Just like I had said, the person I consider for this title was @usmanismail882, he is a great supporter of me in every aspect, he is someone who will put himself on the line just to help others, he is a very nice guy, and always wants the best for people around him.
I and Ismail met in the university, he is in the same department as me, but he was in 500level while I was in 200level, we often play games in the school campus together, we became friends when he started staying with I and my roommate, he was closer to my roommate, then that was how our journey began.
We went on several occasions, goes to classes together, meet friends, and he's commonly known with me, we have equal passion for games and movies, and this are things that drive men together, we could play on my computer or his own, and we shared a lot of TV shows together as well.
I and Ismail have known each other since 2018, which is 4 years ago now, but we became closer last year when I introduced him to Steemit and he was able to share on the opportunity, he is someone so enthusiastic, he'd always come around to ask me how things are done, regardless of the age gap, he is equally humble as well.
On several occasions, I am mostly attracted to people who are smart , humble and friendly, and Ismail posses all these qualities in him, he is three years older than I am , yet he never flex the age muscle, he plays , jokes around like we were mates, and he had go extra length to secure my well-being .
The day Ismail came through for me was when I had to redesign my room, my roommate had just left so I was the only one left to secure the apartment, the workload is much, then I had put a call through to him which he came over that day.
We started the redesigning since the beginning of the day till nightfall, we were both exhausted, yet he was the one motivating me to keep going, because I had wanted to adjourned it till next day, at some point , he asked me to go catch a break while he help me finish the designing, this is a truly act of love, he has been an amazing being, that was one of the sacrifice I could never forget, he came through when no one was there, and he was there till the end of rough day, he is truly a friend indeed, and I had always appreciate him in my life.
Yes, I believe and I hope our friendship will always be intact, the last time we saw was in March, although we speak on several occasions, he is still coming back to the school area next year, then I hope nothing has changed in our friendship.
Yes, he Is on Steemit, Steemit was one of the reason we became closer, he had always come to meet me to put him through, I was the one who introduced him, and I as well offered to help whenever he has obstacles.
So during the crypto academy, whenever he is not familiar with a topic, he has come to me to put him through, and he was a great a great enthusiastic of crypto academy as well, he loves the knowledge and the mode of teaching.
His username on Steemit is @usmanismail882, and he joined the platform August 2021 which was last year, but due to some challenges, he's not much available as he's currently facing some issues I hope he gets out from.
Hello dear Ismail, you have been an amazing person to me since the few years, you've come over for me even when I never thought, even when it's difficult for you, but you are an amazing angel , you have been a good friend and I wish you all the best in life.
I know you are currently in a stuck position which I so much wish you get out if it soon, and I wish you all the best thing life has to offer as you have always done for other, this is my special appreciation message to you.
@usmanismail882 has been a special friend to me over the past few years, he is someone I would refer to as a friend indeed, a friend indeed is someone who would always come to your aid, whenever I encounter an obstacle and I remember I have him, my problem dissolves a little, because I know with him everything is simple and he has always find solution for a problem.
Here comes my conclusion on this topic which I hope you find amusing, we should always appreciate our friends indeed, and also do the same of what they do to us, when you have someone who is always there for you, the best to do is to be there for them in return as well, and you keep onto that friendship as people of such are rare.
