Steem4Nigeria Accelerator - Weekend Specials: My delicacies over the week

It's Saturday again on Steem4Nigeria Accelerator project - Weekend Specials: My delicacies over the week and I just can't wait to share with you all my unique favorites which I had over the weekend.

Introduction

On this day last week, I dropped same post on this project though somehow dissimilar to this very one which I'm about to. The only difference is that, I shared the preparation for my WEEKEND Specials to you in last week post while in this post I'm going to share with you specials OVER the week.

As you all should know that, the word Delicacy is refers to as that food which is pleasing to consume and most times is very luxurious to afford and can't be easily gotten. This definition got me covered being a Nigerian, everything eatable in this country is automatically a Delicacy as per the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), the inflation, economic situation and hardship so y'all shouldn't be surprised to see well packaged garri, it isn't easy to get it.

My special delicacies in some selected days of this week

Everyday isn't Christmas so they says, I never had special, unique meals to term as delicacy on everyday of this week which is why i've decided to share only on the days I had with you here.

Monday- Eba and Ogbono Soup

Of course I kickstart my weekend with style, affording my most favorite meal on the first day of the week has been something so special to me for long now.
This (Eba and soup) I choose as my favorite meal though weird to many especially my pals who doubted it's because I haven't had a nice meal in my life before which is why I choose local food as my favorite meal (huh, I wonder when I'll ever taste that meal which is better to me than this) has been my unique meal since day one.

On this first day, I had Eba and Ogbono Soup, a draws soup that's very luxurious like that, smoked fish and stocked fish summed it up.
I spent less than an hour in preparing this food but consumed it all in two whole days( Monday and Tuesday).
The things I bought in a tabular form with prices as of the time of buying below:

Wednesday- Little twine (Pasta)

We fondly called it Spaghetti in my place. It's such a nice staple food that's loved by many including me. I love eating it if well prepared, I even prefer eating it when someone else cool it than myself but on this day I did it myself and it was supper yummy as well.
I had this meal at noon around 2, the cooking last d for less than 20 minutes.

Friday- Boiled Yam

A tuber of yam (very small one) in my area is not less than ₦1500 (that's about 10+ steem) for a single yam that can't be eaten twice, tell me this is more than a delicacy.
Well, I had it yesterday and was proud I ate something luxurious yoh... I actually boiled it only and never cared to add anything to spice it up.

Conclusion

I'm that type of person who wishes to be in a relationship but after eating my fav meal, i see no need and realise it was hunger that was making me not to think straight. This is the level at which having a good meal affect me and many people positively but the hardship has been our our enemy.
May we be able to afford anything we desire to eat from now henceforth.
