What are your favourite New Year traditions or customs?

Christmas is a time for celebration. The celebration is as the results of the upcoming new year. Among the days, 31st breaking the another year is always special, different, unique all over the world.

Traditionally, the uniqueness of this celebration will start in the church. The Christians will gather together in the night depending on the time of the program schedule in their various place of worship, rendering a thanksgivings songs, praises to God with different dancing steps, feeling excited, happy that God who see them through the life challenging year in good health will make them to witness another year.

The celebration normally lasted till day breaks the new year. During this celebration, people will exchange happy New year words to one another. They will give a shout for Joy in praising God. Fireworks will also be released to add to the Joy of the celebration and to welcome the year.

Do you have any special resolutions or goals for the upcoming year?

Every year comes with is own merit and demerit. We don't know what each year holds for us since we are humans, but am not wishing any bad to happen. My special goal is to be in good health.

With life and good health, I will achieve my set out goal. And I believe with planning, hard work, focus, I know the year will not end without having a good yield.

How do you celebrate New Year's Eve? Any unique or memorable experiences to share?

Life cannot be complete without celebration. It happens every time, same when we enter a new year. I travel to my hometown to celebrate the new year with my family.

Staying with my family to celebrate new year Eve was a beautiful thing. I personally prepare meal this day for my family after a long while. The food go along side with drinks. Carol songs were play to make the season different and unique.

How do you feel about the concept of "New Year, New Me"? Is it something you embrace or find overrated?

New year, new me is something I embrace. For me, it tells me to make my path strength, do what is right at all times, be nice to people near or far, correct the mistakes I deed the previous year, accept my failure and move on as success is awaits for me if I obey and abide.

What do you wish for yourself and others in the coming year?

Life, good health, strength to work hard and make progress. Peace maker, life saver, a giver, an helper, a problem solver, a good and loving mother, sister, neighbor is my wish.
