INTRODUCTION
The situations of life should not make you lose focus on life. There are still so many things to achieve and as such we need focus and positive thinking to be able to scale through it. Instead of creating an avenue of sadness, anger and anxiety, create the avenue for peace of mind, positivity and optimism.

Worrying is an act of feeling anxious and worried about something that is happening or might happen in the future. While a little bit of worry can be a helpful motivator to prepare for potential problems, excessive worrying can be detrimental too especially to our mental health. Worrying too much can cause depression, fear, sadness, restlessness, difficulty in focus and so many other detrimental effects.
To be truthful, worrying does not solve problems, in fact worrying can prevent you from solving any problem at all. When we worry, we tend to focus on the worst-case scenario and we get stuck in it. When we begin to say things like, what if then we are gradually getting into stress and anxiety which will make it difficult for us to come up with any reasonable solution to the problem. So instead of worrying about problems that anxiety and stress may prevent you from solving, focus on taking concrete steps to solve them, this could include identifying the problem and taking action to resolve it.
Causes of worrying
-Negative thinking: Stop focusing on the negative aspects of life and the belief that things will always turn out badly. Once in a while be optimistic. When you begin to think negatively, it will begin to affect your self-esteem, it will cause you hopelessness and the possibility of avoiding everyone. Be positive in thinking, only with that can you be able to solve the problem you are worried about. Challenge negative thoughts and replace them with positive thinking.
-Unrealistic expectations: Stop setting high standards for yourself and others. Because you will feel frustrated and disappointed when those expectations are not met. As a human we should never expect anything from people, I mean don't be so sure of a fellow human that they will stand by their words, because when you do and you get disappointed, you begin to feel sad, angry, and anxious.
- perfectionism: There is no need to do everything perfectly. You are a human, not a computer and even computers make mistakes. You won't be 100% accurate all the time. Stop sending high standards for yourself. Don't be reluctant to ask for help or assistance when need be. When you want to become a perfectionist you need other people's ideas and help so that you don't feel disappointed when you don't succeed alone.
Consequences
- Difficulty in sleeping: When worry becomes your daily bread, it will be very difficult for anyone to have a sleep at all let alone a good sleep. I have been in this situation where I was unable to sleep for 3 days because I was thinking about what life would be like without my dad. There have been so many situations that have put us in this condition, but the best way to overcome it is to reflect on the good things that have happened before the bad ones and be rest assured that come rain come sun.
- Depression: I have been depressed from worrying too much. While I was worrying about the death of my dad, I was gradually falling into depression. I was asking God so many questions. How can he allow such a thing to happen to my dad, why my dad of all people? I was mentally unstable, I had to resign from my job to be able to heal properly. Depression from worrying too much made me lose my job.
- High blood pressure: You can get HBP from worrying too much. Scientifically it has been proven that when you worry too much the body will increase the production of stress hormones which can raise blood pressure or even cause hypertension. HBP can lead to heart failure and lead to other serious health problems. So it's important to place more value on solving the causes of the worry than allowing it to take over your entire life negatively.

There are steps to take to avoid worrying too much.
Learn to accept uncertainty: Try to accept that there will always be some uncertainty in life and that things may not always go according to plan.
Focus on the present: Focus on the here and now, rather than dwelling on the past or future.
Challenge negative thoughts: When you have a negative thought, stop and ask yourself if it's true.
Practice relaxation strategies: Use deep breathing, meditation, or progressive muscle relaxation to help yourself relax and let go of worry.
In conclusion
Don't Worry be happy.

¡Saludos amiga!😊

The statement "worrying shortening our loves in a very aggressive way" is 100% true. When we begaij to worry too much, we began to grow older than our age with sickesses like hypertension, high blood pressure, anger, sadness and mental health issues.
