Hello steemians,
This is my entry for My Advice To Newbies On Steemit - initiated by @jueco

Introduction
I am happy to participate in this competition with the idea of sharing my almost five years of experience. The support of those newbies on the steemit largely determines its future development.A negative trend has been established, many of the newbies registered very quickly give up real participation. The reason for this is complex and we need to analyze it and find ways to overcome this platform-negative practice.
One of the ways is through sharing experiences and showing the ways to work effectively.
The first step
In any human activity, the definition of priorities plays a decisive influence on success. After registration, the most important thing is to conduct solo training online.Huge amount of information and initial uncertainty - lots of questions. Fortunately, the platform has an FAQ. It includes the most Frequently Asked Questions with answers in a clear and synthesized form. I started with the FAQ, I recommend it to every newbie.
To access the FAQ Link or directly in the page https://steemit.com/ in the upper right corner
And after this
The psychological aspect
Motivation is necessary for any conscious action. "I do it because ..." Motives in general may be strictly individual. A large part of those who came to the platform are hoping to get rich quick. Very quickly, however, disappointment follows. However, it turns out that it takes a lot of hard work, a lot of effort, and progress is slow... It turns out that persistence and the accumulation of specific knowledge are necessary. It is necessary to go into the details ensuring success.Real problems and recommendations
I will follow the questions asked.1. What is your general advice for all steemian including newbie considering the current market condition.
The cryptocurrency market is very dynamic. There is continuous movement in both directions, sometimes with sensitive jumps. No one regulates it, changes are forced by the matching of supply and demand. It is noticed that there is some parallelism in the movement with that of BTC - when it falls, other cryptocurrencies and tokens also fall. Steem for a long time maintained an exchange rate of 1 steem = $0.23, but since the end of August it has fallen and hovers around $0.15.
Five years ago it was $3, and by market capitalization it was in the 30th position among all cryptocurrencies, and it even reached
$7 For more info - Link. We are currently in the #273 position in the capitalization ranking.
Whether we move up is up to all of us to work to raise the authority and trust of steem.
I believe the future is upon us. The psychological barrier of low value should not discourage us - onward and upward.
2. Do you advice newbies to complete their Achievement tasks and why?
The Achievement tasks for implementation are presented in the table below:
№ | Achievement task |
---|---|
1 | Verification Through Introduction |
2 | Basic Security on Steem |
3 | Content Etiquette |
4 | Applying Markdown |
5 | Review Steemworld.org |
6 | Understanding Curation and Community |
My opinion is that the preparation of publications on the Achievement tasks will lead to the accumulation of experience and knowledge that will be of great benefit to their future work.
The comments with recommendations that will be received are not to be neglected.
3. What community do you advice them to begin with so they can easily get familiarized with the operation of steemit.
It's a matter of personal choice. Communities are two groups:
. by interests
. by country.
To choose one according to their interests and join their country.
4. Should they expect big votes from the curators immediately they begin their journey and why?
Theoretically, yes. But in practice this very rarely happens, to hope for a vote from the great curators a high authority is needed.
5. What personal experience do you have that you wish to share with them that can encourage them on their journey on steemit?
I found out about steemit from a social group and together with me over 400 people registered, of them active at the moment we are only two left. Each of them had their reasons for giving up. I persevered and I'm almost a dolphin now, but the most important thing is that I feel proud of what I've achieved in steemit.
Conclusion
We have all been beginners, but with hard work and persistence, good results are bound to come.I invite @ceramixer, @arena10 and @gallya6945 to participate. Link
