Yeah, when talking about infrastructure, the village or rural areas lack most of these basic necessities like quality education, health centers, electricity and water supply in homes. You've highlighted reasons why you can't go back to the village to start a fresh life. Life in the village can be difficult to adapt to. In fact, I won't advise anyone.
