My Choice: Cold, Warm or Hot water?

My choice of water is warm or hot when the weather is cold. I am so used to this choice that no matter how hot the weather is I can't bath in cold water.
I only bath cold water whenever i am pregrant which i still dont understand how i feel cool with that. Expect pregancy is a no to cold water for me.

For drinking, I drink warm water. This has made me in my house I don't put water into the refrigerator unless when I have a visitor so am not tempted to drink cold water.

Give the reasons why you choose that

My bathing warm or hot water started from when we were growing up. My parents bathed us in warm or hot water because of the extremely cold weather in the area where we lived. So we all got used to bathing in warm or hot water.

I have also noticed that whenever I bath cold water especially when am out of the comfort of my home where hot or warm water is not available I feel sick with symptoms of nasal congestion, cough and cold. The discomfort I get from cold water made me continue with warm water which makes me feel better.

For my drinking water, before now I drink cold water but since I read about the health benefits of drinking warm water, i decided to choose to drink warm water. I drink more water when it is warm which helps me stay hydrated

Bathing warm or hot warm keeps me warm and helps me sleep well at night because it helps in stress relief, relaxation of muscles, promotes blood flow and improves the circulation of blood.

It also reduces body pain and ache although not a total cure for pain. I also noticed when you have those colds and cough symptoms you get relief when you bath warm water.

Also, drinking warm water aids digestion preventing constipation and bloating, promoting the smooth flow of digestive enzymes for a proper breakdown of food particles.

The most important benefit of taking warm water is for body detoxification especially when you drink warm water first thing in the morning it flushes out toxins from the body. It kicks start sweating in the body improving your liver and kidney function.

Drinking warm water helps you feel warmer, especially in cold weather. When you also have nasal congestion drinking warm water helps you get relieved and breathe well.
