Hello friends welcome to my blog.
The day started well. I woke up early with so much strength and began the day with a morning prayer. I was thankful to God for seeing another day and entrusting the day's activity into His hands. My activity kickstarted with the preparation of breakfast while I also multitasked with other activities of getting the kids ready for school. I went for a school run and came back home to get set for my daily activities, which I know I won't be doing much today.
I have a few errands to run for the day. So when I returned from the school run, I had my breakfast, tidied up the house, relaxed a bit, returned some missed calls to check on my siblings and got set to go out. Firstly, I went to the tailor's shop. On getting there, she was not around. She had gone to the market, so I left my fabrics with her apprentice to come back tomorrow when I could see the madam.
After there, I headed to a vegetable and fruit market in my area called Salad Market. Today is the best day to shop in the market because trailer loads of vegetables and fruits arrive at the market every Thursday from the north with fresh vegetables and fruit. I got to buy some vegetables I use in school breakfast preparations for the next week and I got fruits too. I prefer getting them very fresh so I can preserve them myself for the week.

After my shopping in the market, Visited a salon where I took down my old braids and made corn row, which suits this hot season. It took a long time to get done due to the process of taking down the one I had before they started a new one. My day has already been far spent. When I Was done with my hair, I headed for my children to pick them up.

When I went to the school, they were done with their club activity, so I did not have to wait for long; they were called out, and we headed home. As always they noticed the new hairdo and gave a compliment

School run
When I got home, I had a warm bath, eat, and we began homework that lasted for about 2 hours. After that, I had to take a break to rest and relax before I made dinner, served my family, and ate. It was a day well spent except for the tailor I did not meet with, but I hope I will see her tomorrow.

You have shown the real strength of an African woman. I love to see women who are up and doing. Sometimes I wonder why some women are lazy leaving everything for their husbands , Do you know I have one woman that sleeps day in day out while the husband do all the school runs and house chores.
