Prompt Alert: Is Experience The Best Teacher? What's Your Take?

_{It's a wonderful thing to have you all in my blog today, I believe everything is fine. It's an amazing contest before us, I will be contributing by sharing my perspective about the contest given. I will give a brief meaning to what “experience” is then quickly share a story alongside other contribution.}

WHAT IS EXPERIENCE?

From my understanding I will standardly explain “experience” as the knowledge or practical wisdom which is gotten from the observation or encounter of someone.

There is a point am trying to bring in here which simply goes or aligns with the contest topic and here it is, “Experience” can be described as an event or occurrence which drop by an impression on someone. Experience enables you to learn either from someone or yourself.

IS EXPERIENCE THE BEST TEACHER?

From my perspective I totally believe that experience is the best teacher. My points below complying with the story I will tell will let you know my proposition to this contest topic.

Yes!. experience is the best teacher because without it you feel lost to most informations you are supposed to adapt. It is the best teacher inorder not to become a victim or be naive to a particular thing, environment, etc. It helps us to have little or full knowledge about the future and present tidings.

MY STORY OF “EXPERIENCE BEING THE BEST TEACHER”

Here's a story of my mummy when she was a teenager. On a bright Friday morning she was returning from the farm when she met the bad guys on her way. She was inside the bus with only two grown young guys and a pretty fair lady, unknowingly to her, they were scammers.

200kilometres to reach my mum's house, those set if guys started discussing on how they saved a man that was robbed along the roadside. The moment they looked at my mummy and saw that she wasn't interested in the topic, they diverted to something else. This time around, they dived into money matter, she kept listening to them until she was captivated by the false financial opportunities they were discussing.

From the moment she replied to what they were saying, she got charmed and began telling those scammers that her father has so many possessions and will like to invest it in that business they just talked about. As the talk was getting more deeper, they told my mum they don't trust her that much, but there's one thing she will have to do to earn their trust which is to take an "oath". She accepted, while taking that oath, she was spat on her hand palm which happened to lick out from under her hand like magic.

She was dropped 20kilometres away from home and was asked to bring her father's money and gold. She stepped down, heading to her father's room, her brother followed her, seeing how curious his sister have suddenly begun he called her name "Chinyere" as soon as my mum turned to answer, he immediately slapped her thrice at once, then the charmed evacuated (left her).

In tears, she began explaining what happened to her family. Because her brother had a friend who this similar thing happened to, he forgot to share it to everyone then my mom almost fall a victim (Remember that information is power). Had it be that he told everyone about it, it would have been another person's experience to learn from.

With this story, I and my siblings have taken note of what the scammers look out there. It almost happened to me but remembering the experience she had in the past it made me escape from their evil hand.
