Dear diary,
I left home very early this morning to go to work, but before I left I first started my day with morning devotion where I took out time to appreciate God for all the blessings I enjoyed all through the week.
God has been faithful to me and my family despite the hardship we are prevailling. After the devotion I warmed my bathing water making use of our gas cooker since there was no electricity light.
After getting the water ready I took a warm shower, brushed my teeth and then dressed up and was ready to leave for office.
But before leaving I had to stay back a little bit to help my wife warmed the yesterday left over food and also the stew she prepared because before I left the electric power was restored.
After I was done warming all the food I left quickly to catch up with the tricycle at the park before they leave which may end up delaying me at the park because once the first batch of tricycle leaves the park it usually and sometimes difficult for one to get another tricycle instead.
I was fortunate enough to get a tricycle who was just waiting for an additional one passenger to complete the required number. I boarded the tricycle and alighted at a place that connects to the office, and from there as always I walked down to the office.
By the time I arrived the church it was already time for Covenant Hour of Prayer (CHOP), I instructed one of the available Pastors on ground to start with the opening prayer as I went up to my office first to get my Bible and notepad.
Afterward I returned to the sanctuary to join the Covenant Hour of Prayer, I met the program already in progress.
The Covenant Hour of Prayer was followed by our every Saturday Ministers Prayer Meeting which is in preparation of Sunday Service.
After the prayer meeting I go about my Saturday office routines and everything went well as I expected.
I left the office to returned home, but before going home I went to the saloon to have my hair cut, afterward I returned home from there.
Reaching home I showered, and then took advantage of the day ironed and washed my clothes, my wife's and child's clothes.
Afterward I took out sometime to rest for a very long time because I was very tired; I slept till evening.
When I woke up I had some prayer sessions and Bible study. I ate my food which was home made by my amazing Chef (My beautiful wife ❤️), she cooked swallow (fufu) and achi soup as you can see in the picture below.
The remaining day was spent studying and praying before going to bed, and that was all for the day. Thank you for reading through my Diary entry, one love.
I wish to invite @josepha, @kyrie1234 and @dhaka to also make there diary entries.
