The Diary Game for 6/01/2025|| Cancellation of Exams

Hello Steemians from all over the world. Greetings to you all. I trust you all feel blessed and super fantastic. Today is Monday and I'll be sharing with you all how I spent my day. Please read on.

MORNING
I woke up this morning at 6 am. Without a waste of time, I went on to pray and read my Bible. When I was done, I began reading my book. We were to have exams tomorrow morning, so my mind was centered on the exams we were to write. I didn't even eat yet. I told myself I would
eat after finishing that very topic I was reading. So when it was 10 am, I stood up to prepare what to eat and that was after I was done reading that topic.
I made fried plantain to eat even though I forgot to snap it.
After eating, I went on reading again.
This time I read till afternoon.

AFTERNOON
While I was reading, I received a call from my friend who told me he heard our exams for tomorrow were cancelled and he wanted to confirm.
I let out a scream because I wasn't expecting it.
I ended the call and went to our class group to confirm if it was true or not.
When it was confirmed, I was so happy because I was already feeling stressed for reading for too long and I still had some topics left.
With that news, I just kept my phone aside and laid my back down to rest my brain.

My roommate cooked yam and we ate together. I like the method of eating with red oil. It was delicious.

After eating, I laid down to sleep. I didn't eventually sleep but the rest was worthwhile.

EVENING
The moment it was 4pm, I woke up to dress up for evening service. At some point I was running late, so had to hasten up with my preparation and also walked faster on my way to church.

I got to where we were supposed to meet for our practice only to see I was the first to arrive.
I was surprised since I thought I was late already.

Anyways, I sat down and rested my legs.
Few minutes later, others started coming.
We had our practice and when the program started I led the choruses.
It was a bible study and it progressed from one section to the other until we closed.
I went home in the company of my other church members.

That was how I spent my day.
