I have loved the steem growth and would always love to share ideas as regarding activities which would foster steem growth. I would be dropping my entry now

Do you think the initiative of the community curator and booming support has been fruitful? Give reasons for your answer

The initiative of the community curator and booming support has been fruitful they have been discrete in curation and various ways of supporting quality contests. If you can go through my blog, you would definitely observe that great work has been out in place regarding booming curation.

Furthermore, great support has been seen on my publications. I have made it a point of duty to always post quality contents and the result is really massive as I have seen great substantial rewards too.

Which community do you prefer the most in the Steemit platform and why?

I Love the steem4nigeria community, as there is a great distribution of duties amicably, the community moderators and various curators take absolute concerns towards quality posts. Most of mine posts are always being rewarded by booming support. However, the major reasons I love the community would be highlighted thus;

Hardwork:
The curators and representative are diligent and hardworking in dispatching their duties. I have never made a post, which lasted up to 3 hours without curation!! They are always actively dispatching their delegated duties with great precision and without prejudice.

Correction:
The community curators are swift to correct newbies, keeping people in check most especially as regarding club status, they are always reprimanded while laying emphasis on keeping a good club status. They keep the bloggers in check. This is also crucial to making me love the community.

Reward:
It is very important to note that we all get rewarded when we win the contest, we are always rewarded and it gladdens my heart to tell the story. Rewards are crucial and important in the journey of the steemit. It inspires you to do all the more. This great community does not hesitate to reward hardwork when shown.

Does the community have booming support? If Yes, how do you see the distribution of support by the community? If not why does it not have.

Yes, the community have great distribution of booming support. The great support is so massive, as the booming support could come up to 3 times or more in quality posts. There's also a scheme where the best of posts are usually selected to be curated. The scheme allows the best 8 posts to be picked for curation and booming support respectively.

These are giant strides to show appreciation to quality posts too, I enjoy making posts there and coincidentally, it's the same community which has this quality post too. This is so much a great privilege as I have gained couple of booming support last week too from the community, I love the great family.

If you were to be the owner of the community, who are those you think you will like to work with as moderators (Mention them) and why?

This is a tricky question, as I do love all the community, curators basically. I do love the totality of community curators and I love everyone's role on the community.

Moreso, the question has been asked and no need to opt out or Bea around the bush. I would therefore come correct telling you who I would love to work with. I would love to work with @fredquantum @goodybest @ngoenyi @lhorgic @simonnwigwe. These are all beautiful people. Hardworking, brilliant, smart, loving and caring group. A team of intellectual gurus. I would always love to work with the best of the best

"What will be the criteria to select a post as one of the best picks of the community as involved in the engagement challenge

Major criteria I would put into consideration would be expression, mark down styling, grammatical efficacy, originality, beautiful pictures, quality contents.

• Expressions:
  This tends to explain the way the writer explains his work, giving details into beautiful creativity as regards creativity in each of the posts. Thai would be a great criteria for grading each of the posts as regarding beat picks in the community.

• Grammatical Efficacy:
  This explains the best ways these writers use spellings and words. The use of grammar and ways of choosing the right word and synonymns to buttress points. I would put this factor into great consideration.

• Quality Content:
  I would love to consider great quality in contents to be posted. This would also be a priority to me. Great captivating writing skills to get into the head of the reader to keep the suspense and keep the reader engrossed in your blog.

• Originality:
  Plagiarism would always be an offensive act which must contain consequences, such as punishment. Originality would be held in high esteem. Original posts would always be chosen and a major criteria for beat picks too.

• Markdown Styling:
  This would be a prerequisite, you must evidently use about 4 styling methods on a my valid post. This is a major criteria, as it shows how grounded the blogger is on the Steemit. It shows you went through the achievement classes well and it would be a great reason for best picks from me.
