Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 51: I Learnt to Say NO.

Good day my follow steemian, am so happy to be here with all of you. I had a strong feeling that you are doing well over there. Today I will be joining on a contest that was organized by one of our follow steemian @steem4nigeria with the title I Learnt to Say NO. This is a very interesting fact that I will love to drop my entry as well as I read others people own too.

Do you always find it hard to say NO to people's request?

I don't see it as a bad thing or good thing to say No on person request because after the person have made their request to me I have to look into it and see wether is something that will favour me or is something that will bring trouble to me later I have granted his or her request.

But in normal life people ask for request because this is an honourable way of demanding or seeking for something that is important to that person but some of those request are something that may cause harm to you. So I don't find it hard saying No people request base on what the person ask for.

Mention reasons why people find it difficult to say NO?

There are many reasons people find it difficult to say No, and some of them are:

• people find it difficult to say No if the request is being ask by someone who has money.

• people find it difficult to say No if the request is being seek by his family.

• you find it difficult to say No to your close friend which you share your silence moment with.

• people find it difficult to say No to people who have being help them in terms of financial help.

What was that experience that taught you to say NO?

Many things happen in life that cause a lot of people to general that habit of saying No to people request even due it something that they can do.

What actually happened to me that causes to me to say No on people request was on of my friends ask me to escort him to his friend house one night and it was around 7:00pm and getting they qe spend a lot of time they and my parents was looking for me because i was late and the time was already 11:00pm in the night on getting home I received a lot of beating that I vow in my heart that no matter who you are, what you have done for me or anything that I will always make my own decisions before any action is being taken.

What is your advice for those who still struggles to give NO as an answer?

My own advice for people who find it hard to say No is that, this life is only one do whatever you know it pleases you and never say YES on matter you know it will not favour you but because of one thing or the other you say it and later you are being hurt emotional or something bad happened to you.

So what I will say like to say here to people who struggles to give NO as an answer is “You shouldn't please others and displease yourself”. That is all for today.
