Contest: My Choice - Cold, Warm or Hot water?

INTRODUCTION

Hello my friends in steem4Nigeria, how are you all doing? It's always good to be here. So today, I'm contesting in this topic on water and my choice of water, whether warm, cold, or hot. So I'll be giving some points on my choice, but before I begin, I wanna appreciate @eveetim for this relevant topic.

LETS TALK ABOUT WATER

Toe, water is a colourless and odourless liquid that all living creatures and even plants take in to survive. There is a saying that 'water is life'. Water has many sources or can be found in many places example streams, rain, oceans, rivers, etc. We can stay without food but it's dangerous to stay without water. Plants need water to grow, animals need water to survive, humans need water to survive and also.use in production, so where and when there is no water, there is no life. Now let's talk.about the benefits of water.

It helps whatever we eat digest well and not drinking enough water leads to kidney stones

Drinking enough water makes our skin fresh and smooth and also makes us look younger. Who doesn't wanna look younger?

Water helps regulate body temperature and blood pressure

It lifts our mood. A thirsty person is a moody and disgruntled person

Water helps reduce the risk of kidney disease

MY CHOICE

My choice differs depending on the weather and what I want to use the water for, but out of cold, warm or hot water, cold water is my least preference. Let's look at it one after the other.

COLD WATER

Water can be naturally cold from being stored in a room temperature, it can also be chilled or frozen. Cold water is generally between 80 and 60 Fahrenheit . This is my least preference because cold water is not too good for the body. But if I use cold water, it is to wash clothes and plates and prepare food, it is used by me when I want to brush my teeth, I was taught that cold water is not good for digestion, especially when you have eaten fatty foods. It can lead to chest pains and difficulty in breathing especially when you drink it on a cold or rainy day. The truth is that the effect of drinking too much cold water might not come now, but it will certainly come in future.

I have had some experiences in relation to cold water and I can say it is my least preference.

Cold water

HOT WATER

I prefer hot water to cold water because it keeps me warm especially on a rainy day. I use hot water for different purposes like bathing in the morning. I also use it when making garri and when I want to drink tea. I think the efficacy of hot water is underrated. Drinking hot water increases blood circulation. It helps us fight colds and unblocks whatever blocked our nose and chest which prevents one from breathing well.

WARM WATER

My first preference when taking water is the warm water. Warm water is between 110 and 90 Fahrenheit. Warm water, to me is the best in drinking, bathing, etc. Over the years, I have developed a habit of drinking warm water very early in the morning when I wake up. This is because I have seen it's benefits in my body.

Reasons why I chose warm water
• It reduces the rate of me having constipation
• It reduces menstrual cramps
• It decongests my heart and makes me breath better.
• It leads to equal circulation of blood. These are just the few benefits of drinking warm water.

HOW WARM WATER HELPS ME AND CAN ALSO HELP OTHERS

• Warm water if taken constantly for months can help relieve or heal some businesses.

• It can solve so many health problems like sudden increasing and decreasing of heart bit.
Headache, bodily discomfort, asthma, low blood pressure, etc.

You can make this effective by starting with a glass warm water every morning. With time, you will get used to it and you can increase.

Good to see your participation my dear friend. The importance of water in our life can not be overemphasized . I'm part of those people that prefer cold water to warm water in terms of drinking, but recently I realized the dangers associated with drinking cold water I'm withdrawing myself slowly.

@okere-blessing, you are doing well to withdraw. Cold water used to cause chest pains for me, so I had to stop.
