Learning something new takes time and effort. Don't be too hard on yourself if things don't come easily at first, and be sure to celebrate your small wins along the way. It can be easy to get overwhelmed with new information and tasks, so starting small and gradually working your way up is a good way to ease into things.

These are advices every newbie on steemit need but there's a more. My answers to the following questions emphasizes my advice to newbies on this platform in various ramifications.

What is my general advice for all steemian including newbies considering the current market condition.

As of last year where there was a drastic instability in the market, most steemians powered down their steems and some left the platform because they felt steem would finally come to its fall. This is due to lack of adequate knowledge about the platform. So if you're a newbie, you probably are creating Contents on this great platform.

Regardless of how the market is, remember not to give up writing or leave the platform. Steem is a cryptocurrency and even though it falls, it would surely rise someday you never expect.
Remember,

  • it's not the time to power down. It's the time to build your steem power.

  • as a newbie, you don't need to solely rely on steemit as your major source of income until you're able to build your blog.

  • stay organized and be patient with hope in view to the future

Do I personally advise newbies to complete their Achievement tasks and why?

Yes, I would generally advise newbies to complete achievement tasks as a way to learn and improve their skills in a new programming language or framework. Here are a few reasons why:

  • completing achievement tasks, can be helpful for new users on any platform as it can help them to learn the ins and outs of the platform and how to use it effectively.
  • by completing tasks on Steemit, users may gain access to more rewards, recognition and community engagement, which in turn could help to boost their motivation and excitement to continue learning and contributing on that platform.
What community do i advise them to begin with so they can easily get familiarized with the operations of steemit?.

I would advise newcomers community as it's a community every newbie who wants to make waves on this platform must pass through. Newcomers community gives you a basic foundation on how you can be successful on steem.

Should they expect huge votes from curators immediately they begin their journey on steemit and why?

It is not uncommon for new users on Steemit to receive small votes from curators when they first start posting. However, it is not realistic to expect to receive large votes from curators immediately. Curators, who are users with a lot of influence on the platform, tend to carefully curate content and are more likely to upvote posts that are well-written, informative, and provide value to the community.

As a new user, it may take some time to build up your reputation and produce high-quality content that meets these standards. It is important to be patient and focus on creating content that you are proud of, rather than solely seeking large votes from curators.

What personal experience do i have that I wish to share with them that can encourage them on their journey on steemit?

I have a good experience to share as when I joined, I had a mentor who coached me well. So I've been making waves on the platform since I joined. What's the secret?

  • start small and be consistent
  • don't be afraid to ask for help
  • stay organized and be patient with yourself
  • focus on creating high-quality Contents
  • engage with the community
  • read community rules before posting and don't plagiarise.
  • learn from experience steemians by looking at how well they write.
