New year greetings to you friends and happy celebration. I hope you had a super holiday so far and of course few days now, before the full commencement of the year toils in the various fields and forms. Am happy to meet first contest for the fresh year, as organised by @ihorgic: goal setting 2023.

Goal is a target which could be in form of wants, need, level, achievement, position, grade, etc or anything that somebody is targeting to secure for self which is held in a high priority to be obtained placing all the necessary work and determination as a background sine qwa non to achieve it. Goal is a centre of focus to obtain positive results, just like a footballer who set to score a goal only and only if is able to kick the ball past through the posts, the centre of focus for the score, the positive results.

Goal setting is the preparation of target, it revolves around every necessary work done to ensure target is positioned for fast, easy and possible realisation. No goal setting no goal itself, goal can be a good dream such as establishing a big business tycoon then making every necessary effort towards realisation of this big dream is goal setting. Even footballers set their goals to be scored if they don't set the posts, the ball field and net members etc there would be no goal itself. So possibilities in all other fields of life.

Is any goal too big or impossible to achieve.

Yes any goal impossible to set is likely proving impossible to achieve except by divine intervention. For instance, the person whose goal as a famer is to make a bumper harvest for the year, and he went and cultivated a little area or portion of land and even with the little plantation, he couldn't care for it, making the necessary farm preparations for good yields. This farmer's goal is 99% impossible to achieve.

Goal can be likely too big to achieve if by every conviction and evidences, it's not yet time to go for such goal. For instance, for one who is not yet counted in thousands, meandered over million and want to be a billionaire. It's possible but on a special circumstances. The consideration is better on convincing possibilities.

The best formula by me for setting and achieving goal is by asking oneself first question? What do I want? Which is your goal, place on a scale of analysis, realising the weight of the goal, the prerequisites to make the goal achievable, does your goal, require more training, time, partnership, lone or just an outright support? This is also goal setting, go for the possibilities with hardworking, patience and full determination.

Secondly, a goal should be matched with what one is good at, has interest and joy while in it, then never Play with self-devalopment, gathering experiences and never be scared of hard areas or obstruction, face the target to the end in the end you be surprised to have just realised your goal at instant. Those are goal settings, the sine qua non, the rudiment, is to be focus, determine, hardworking and patience, as a matter of finality, must meet the suprise of nature.

The beginning of your failure attempting to achieve your goals this, year, 2023 is a sign and symbolic that the realisation of the goal is already at your door step, just never give up even if it matters repeating your entire unpalatable experience, never give up or surrender to weakness and low Faith because when the joy of the results of your labour, shall come, you shall barely recognise the days of the week at all normalcy, it shall be seasonless success to you for the rest of your days on earth.
