It's a topic of interest, especially for the business minded and oriented people, though been a member of this great platform depicts investment and business oriented. I am very delighted to air my view and takes on this very topic " investment with my Steem - building
materials production industry.

What do you understand by the word INVESTMENT?

Investment is a business orientation and trade, where capitals(money) are applied or invested with the expectations of increase in form of profit or income as time elapses. It's a general improvement of a system, primarily aimed at obtaining high profit. For instance, the fluctuations of coins in the crypto world, makes it fit for investment, where Steem or other coin, is at lower price, one can invest his or her money and buy as much Steem as could, so that when the price increases, it will be sold and then make profit therein. If the price of Steem coin now, is 120, time shall come when it will be sold for 220 making the profit of 100 coin. And this is investment in the business field.

Like I mentioned in the title "building materials production industry" I wish for my Steem to give me value enough to start up building industry, where all kinds of building materials are produced and sold. As a person construction inclined, it has always been my biggest dreams to have a big companies where building materials like roofing sheets, blocks, ties, rods infact vatually all the building materials are manufactured for supply. It requires halfty machines and equipment to establish.

Discuss briefly about the Investment/ business and how does it work?

Building material industry is self explanatory, since every business is vatually aimed at making profit. After the investment that would have been made in the purchase of raw materials for production, it's expected to have end calculation with enough differences as each finished product is sold and supplied. So how the company works is to ship raw materials into the company and the company turns those raw materials into finished product for instance, blocks, where raw materials are sand, cement, and water. So to make profit, is ensuring that the input (investment) is not bigger than the output(profit). And the blocks are molded, sold and supplied courtesy of the company.

What are the benefits and anticipated profits from the Investment?

Yes the benefits and anticipated profit is that my firm is growing from level to level to be able to create job opportunities to people. Of course, my personal and social responsibility as an individual investor, Will be speedily addressed. If I want to expand the business or diversify, it will also be very easy for me as an investor. So, creation of employment and the general welfare of self and the society would be the major profit so long the industry is waxing profitably higher. And it will ease the builders of stress, getting their building construction done.

Yes their are many but people often say, you can't run away from war because of massacre or death toll. I hope am understood? In establishing building material industry or company coses a lot of money, and the risks here remained that government policy, could change tomorrow against the manufacturing company in terms of high taxation or even relocation from a good site to a place where the company would fold immediately because of low patronage. And all the money invested and time will be a waste. There are lots of risks in this investment but I pus here. After all, no risks no gain.
