First of all keeping fits is a life style not a quick fix thing. Before now I was having the same notion about exercise, thereby setting time limit and days to see results and if at the duration I set for myself reached and no result, I gave up fast. I used to go to YouTube to find herbs, pills and tea that will do the magic for a short period of time, I've spent money buying all kinds of tea and body shaper such as clean9 products just in a bid to get back in shape.
I realized that all those things will add to weight gain and risking ones health. Workout is tedious and tiring when starting newly but consistency is the real deal to achieving a healthy life style.
By not setting a time frame is one way of enjoying workout, just go with the flow and your body will thank you later. Realizing the benefits of workout is another fantastic way to keep you on track. Now let discuss few benefits of workout:-
It improves mood, better sleep and reduces risk of disease.

Since I discovered that exciesesing is a life time and life style I've stopped buying any quick fix weight loss supplements of any sort.
Workout helps in improving hapitte, it improves sleep, reduces the risk of developing long-term condition above all it reduces weight and make you smarter and healthier.

During and after workout, you would feel better and asleep easily. You don't need to do strenuous workout, your compound or bedroom is just fine if you're a busy type that can not go to gym, so see there's no excuse not to workout at least twice a week.
Maintaining your diet is yet another way of leaving health life. Sometimes ago I avoided real food thereby making junk food my friend not knowing that it is more dangerous than eating real food. So selecting our diet is another key to a healthy life style.
Water is another thing in archiving greater results to a weightoss journey, staying hydrated make you full and not e eating anyhow . Dehydration will make ones body dry and crack, so make water your friend at all time cause it will help remove toxin from your body.
