THE DIARY GAME: MY VISIT TO THE CHRISTMAS PARK26/12/2024

Greetings my well-loved Steemians. It's been two months and I've been absent. I apologize. I had and still have some financial issues to combat before I can be able to appear here as often as I would like. That aside, I missed y'all and I'll love to know who missed me too.

INTRODUCTION

Christmas is a period of time that spans from 25th December to 12th January and is characterized by special celebrations such as unusual preparation of expensive dishes, sharing and outdoor recreation. I decided to try one of these so I don't miss out on the festivity.

WALKING AROUND

At exactly 3:32pm, I, my younger sister, my eldest sister and two of my eldest sister's friends stepped feet in the nation famous 'Uyo Christmas Village'.

From left to right we have my eldest sister, her two friends and my younger sister, Delight. I'm not in the picture because I was the one who took it.

We walked around for a while. Then, we decided to do lots of picture taking before we sat for refreshments.

My eldest sister went first.

Then my darling little sister went second.

I opted to go last and that was all for then.

SETTLING DOWN

We all sat down and made our orders.

I fed my angel some suya.

I ate Afang soup and fufu.

We spoke about many things. I particularly conversed about the fact that it was my first time in the famous Christmas Park.

FINAL PICTURE TAKING

Everyone was done eating and I was of the opinion that we hadn't taken enough pictures. So we dove into more.

We were super exhausted after it all and by exactly 9pm, we all began our return journey back to our various destinations. It was such a wonderful day and even when I sunk in my bed, I couldn't help but reminisce the amazing day I had.
