Do your definition of terms, i.e.,Pain and gain.
Pain: When we talk about pain, we mean a difficult emotional and sensory experience that is related with, or similar to, real or imminent bodily harm.
Furthermore, pain can be defined as a complicated experience that consists of a physical and emotional reaction to an unpleasant input.
Gain: it implies to obtain anything useful, advantageous, or beneficial, especially over time, and it can also refer to an overall increase in the worth of an asset or business.
What do you understand by the statement?
What I mean by "no PAIN, no GAIN." The statement means that for someone to accomplish good goals, one must suffer or work hard. And what I really grasp from this saying is that if you want to achieve something meaningful, you must work hard.
Do you subscribe to this school of thought? Back up your yes/No answer with valid points.
Yes, I belong to this school of thought because I have realized that there is a benefit for hard work and that one cannot expect any benefit without it, and in this world, nothing good can come to a person without some pain. Some people believe that pain only happens to evil people, but in reality, it happens to everyone who wants to make a positive change in worldwide.
Share an experience for or against the statement.
My latest experience with this expression is that I generally go to the gym every morning since I enjoy sports, and on occasion I go twice a day, and all of my joints ache, but you've probably heard exactly what they say, no pain, no gain.
