Hello Steemians!!

Introduction

Hospitality concentrate on making people who are guests feel welcome, comfortable, and valued. It also includes extending warmth, kindness, and generosity towards visitors, guests and strangers by providing an environment that promote real human bond and a sense of belonging.

What do you understand by the word hospitality?

Hospitality is the act of showing kindness, being friendly and welcoming a visitor, guests and strangers in your home making them feel comfortable and relax. It is a kind of relationship that exists between the host and the guest giving them a generous reception and entertainment for a guest to feel free as if he it is his or her home that is making your house homely for a visitors, guests or strangers.

In the world where sometimes the "helper" becomes a "victim," should we still show hospitality?

Yes, we should continue showing hospitality.

What's your take? Explain.

We should be hospitable to people because the Bible encourage each and every one of us to be hospitable to everyone and give us example of someone that was hospitable and received Angels into his home and was blessed which was Abraham and Serah. So when we show hospitality to someone we obey our heavenly father Jehovah who admonished is to do so and imitates him also as a generous God, he made the rain to fall on the roof of both the good and the bad person and same with the sun shining for everyone. There is a popular adage that said the people you meet on your way up you will meet them on your way down and "one good turn deserve another" so think about it if you did not treat them well what will happen so even though the world is turning to something else we should be hospitable and at the same time be cautious the way we go about it so that nothing will hinder our blessings from God.

Have you ever received unforgettable hospitality from someone?

  • I share my bible base truth and hope of everlasting life with friends and neighbors by way of going out to field ministry and preach from house to house and door to door.

  • I help my patients when they are in need

  • I render assistance to my neighbors and friends not only them but visitors and strangers whenever they are in need.

When showing hospitality to people, how should it be done? Tell us

It Should be done in a secret by not allowing anybody to know about it because the bible advise us that when we give gift to someone we should not allowed our left hand to know what our right hand is doing because the God who knows everything both in secret and openly, the rewarder of every good gift will reward is aboundantly so we do not need to show it to the world.

Conclusion

Since hospitality is the act of showing kindness and being generous to someone we should not wait for someone to come to our house before doing so, as hospitable person we can do that anywhere we see ourselves and someone that is in need. We should not brag over it after or carry media alongside with us to coverage the scenario no when we do that we are doing eye service for people to see that we are good instead we should do in secret and allowed our good work to speak for us.
