Contest: My Choice: Cold, Warm or Hot water?

Hello, good day my wonderful friends on STEEMIT; how are you people doing? I am so happy to participate in this amazing contest titled cold, warm, or hot water, which was organized by our follow member @eveetim so all thank him for bringing this amazing contest up.

Actually this is my first time of writing in this community after successfully completed my registration on this wonderful platform and I hope that my present will be recognize here.

State your choice

Out of the options that was mention wether cold, warm or hot water. I will like to say that my own choice is cold water. Cold water has a lot of benefits in humans cell and I love taking my bath on cold water.

Give the reasons why you choose that

They are a lot of Reason why I choose cold water firstly, I like taking my bath in cold water because it helps in changing my mood for example if I was feeling stressed and tired mostly during the afternoon time and I use cold water to take my bath, the cold water will help me in cooling my body system. Also cold water also help in boosting immune system which help in generating more white blood cells for the body.

The main reason I really like cool Water is that if I was feeling cold and I use cold water to bath it will help in regulating my body system which I would not feel cool again . I know warm or hot water is good in regulating the blood system and other things but cool water help with maintaining the body system and bringing your blood temperature down.

Tell us how that has been of help to you or how it can help others

Cold water has really help me in different ways for example regulating my body system and changing my mood help me maintaining blood pressure and other things drinking cold water in the morning help in boasting your system and generating white blood cells for the body.

so my advice to others that have not been using cool Water to take their Bath, I will like to advice you to try use cold water in taking your bath and also observe the the changes in your body the testimony is left for you to say it out.

I know it hard for you to make a changes in your water system but try it out and you testify it really in that aspect of mood changing if you are feeling stressed try use cold water and take your bath and you will see how your mood will change in a short period of time because cold water helps in maintaining and regulating the body system and mode.
