What is your general advice for all steemian including newbie considering the current market condition

My advice is that they should be consistent and persistent. Steemit requires a lot of hard work. Despite the prevailing market conditions, they should not lose zeal or hope. The market conditions won't be like this forever, things will definitely improve.

One thing about life is that there are good times and there are bad times. There are ups and downs. Nothing lasts forever. This bad market condition will not last and as a result, we should keep doing being diligent on the steemit platform.

Do you advice newbies to complete their Achievement tasks and why?

Yes, I advice newbies to complete their achievement tasks. We don't just do these achievement tasks for doing sake, they have a purpose.

The achievement tasks help newbies to understand the foundations of steemit. It gives them the basics on how to do exceedingly well on the steemit platform. It helps them know the various steemit tools and how to use them. It teaches them how to make quality post that are well arranged. It makes them learn the dos and don'ts of steemit.

What community do you advice them to begin with so they can easily get familiarized with the operation of steemit

I would advice them to join the newcomers' community. To me, that is the foundation community. Every newbie on Steemit should head there first and complete their achievement tasks. Another community I would advice them to join is the steemit nursery community.

Its another excellent community for newbies. Furthermore, I recommend the steem4nigeria community. Its an amazing community not just for Nigerians, but also for people of different nationalities. They also make provisions for newcomers.

Should they expect big votes from the curators immediately they begin their journey and why?

Newbies should not be expect big vote from curators immediately they begin. Steemit requires patience. They need to grow on the platform. Also, votes are not guaranteed.

Of course, they may get lucky and get a big vote from the curators, but it shouldn't be something they should really look forward to at that early stage. They need to be consistent with making quality posts and they will surely gain the attention of the curators with time.

What personal experience do you have that you wish to share with them that can encourage them on their journey on steemit?

There were times when I would make posts back to back and they would not curated. It was really disheartening but I never gave up. I kept on improving myself. I kept on trying to make quality posts.

Eventually, the time came when I started getting curated regularly. I remember the time I got my first vote from SC02. I was super excited. I knew my hard work had paid off.

Conclusion

Newbies should be patient, diligent and consistent on steemit. If they do, they will really enjoy the steemit platform. They should also avoid plagiarism of whatever kind. It is absolutely prohibited.
