An introvert is a person who has a more inward personality than outwardly directed, one who is deemed more reflective than social; a person who is indifferent and uninterested in society and always prefers having time in non-social situations.
This implies that an introvert feels comfortable in solitude, is very quiet and reserved and dislikes crowds, spends time only with a selected few persons.
Extrovert:
This is the direct opposite of the introvert, it is a personality that is outgoing, sociable, impatient with outer events; they are conversational as well as robust with the outside world.
This personality is good at making friends, is an outgoing type, and enjoys the company of people and being the live wire of the vibe.

This personality possesses the characteristics of both introvert and extrovert hence is neither explicitly introverted nor extroverted, as a result, this personality is the equilibrium of extrovert and introvert.
Although Ambivert is pleased being alone, but is often in a congenial space. Ambiverts operate or act according to the immediate state of their emotions.

I've had several amusing life experiences. While I was still in school, I exhibited dual personalities which raised arguments between some of my friends. I met with my coursemates mostly in classes and social gatherings where we partied and engaged in talks hence they perceived me as an extrovert.
The reverse was the case back in my lodge. I was blessed with a roommate who came from a high religious background and hence was very quiet, well composed, and had high morals; I perfectly fit in his lifestyle because those are the qualities I wanted in addition to a calm and peaceful environment following the vigorous and social life. We lived in peace and moved along so well, so in the lodge, I was a renowned introvert.
My dual personality was an issue to address and the center of argument anytime Frank and Loretta, my coursemates visited me. Aniete my roommate will always assert that my coursemates are negatively influencing me with their social lifestyle while conversely, my coursemates were in awesome wonder how I was able to live under the same roof with such an introverted person. In the heat of the argument, I only contribute smiles and laughter.
As an ambivert, people around you will have varied perceptions about you as you relate with them based on their personality.
