CREATIVEWRITING:- CRIMES, INSECURITY AND TERRORISM 🤔🤔

Good day everyone it is really nice being here interacting with you all again,I hope you all really had a nice day in your various places.My great and lovely friends today I would like to lay emphasis on this disturbing problem in our country NIGERIA as a whole . It is shocking to believe that in a developing country like Nigeria we still have records of crime ,terrorism and insecurity at its peak.Moreover I would like using this opportunity to look into the issues concerning crime terrorism and insecurity also ways to get rid of them and have a country free of crime terrorism and insecurity.

WHAT IS CRIME, TERRORISM AND INSECURITY

• Crime

Crime is an illegal act done on purpose by a person which isn't right and acceptable in the country or society.

• TERRORISM

Terrorism is a planned act of real violence and distruction done by group of people to threaten people, seek the leaders attention and intermediate the government of a country for their selfish reasons.

• INSECURITY

Insecurity is the act of mind unrest due to a feeling of not being safe in a particular environment one finds himself.

WHY ARE THEIR SO MANY ISSUES OF CRIMES INSECURITY AND TERRORISM IN THE COUNTRY

The numerous number of cases pointing at crimes insecurity and terrorism in our country is really a bad tag on we in the country .All these bad deeds are done by people in the country mostly which are the citizens for many reasons which includes

• OVERPOPULATION/POOR UPBRINGING

Yes overpopulation in Nigeria it's really a disturbing problem that somehow have become a known reason for these bad records.Couples gives birth to as many children as up to seven(7)and even as much as ten(10), If a family brings up to this amount of children in the society without really have the resources and all it takes to give them a bright future.

It becomes a problem to the society whereby you see the children in the streets hungery and not well taking care of some of them that are older venture into hawking things all over the markets and roads so they could bring food home,at a point these children especially the male ones goes into pickpocketing at a young age and as he ages he digs deeper into stealing and other criminal act not just for fun but due to hunger and depression of not being able to live a normal life.

• GREED

Greed which is not being satisfied with your own things have led many young youths into so many criminal acts so as to satisfy their urge for what they cannot afford. A greedy citizen is always forced to thinking about any means possible to get what he or she wants.Due to hopelessness the taught of criminal activity's to get themselves satisfied comes into their minds and arr executed causing problems in the society and country too.

• UNEMPLOYMENT

In other for one to at least get some money for food and shelter and also to be comfortable in a country he or she has to have an occupation and what brings him or her money for that .Now unemployed graduates of our country are usually faced with issues of depression after successfully schooling for years and looking for a place to get employed and start earning but couldn't find for a long time ,some of them commit suicide during the way due to overthinking and responsibilities hung all over them and more waiting for them at their various homes .

• LAZINESS

A good number of citizens now have preferred to stay at home doing nothing at all just blogging and waiting for their parents to feed them. When catering for them becomes to hectic for their aged parents and could no longer meet up feeding their grown child at this point that child is forced to fight for his or her daily bread then as a lazy person they would feel working for that is still stressful they now indulge in one offensive act or another to get the money in an easy way with certainly would be a problem to the society

• FRIENDS/PEER GROUP PRESSURE

So many citizens have been spotted indulging into so many criminal cases due to the type of people they have and keep around them as friends.Having a bad friend around them increases the tendency of them venturing into criminal act not just because they want it's just so they could fit in the friendship space and not be left out

• HARD DRUGS

Many young citizens now take in high amount of hard drugs so as them not to feel sober or depressed neither for them to feel bad or they just want to feel at the top, they most times in this case under the influence of drugs and alcohol commit crimes and so many unlawful activities

HOW CAN WE GET RID OF CRIMES, INSECURITY ANS TERRORISM IN OUR COUNTRY

Getting rid of these criminal activity in our society is another aspect that both the citizens and Government should look into so as to have a country free of crime and criminal activity.

• HUGE PENALTY FOR EVERY CRIME COMMITTED

In this way the citizens knowing the amount of pain and loss being caught on a criminal act or offense would cost him or her they would be afraid and cautioned in them not to give crime an attempt

• EMPLOYMENT OF WELL TRAINED AGENTS TO GUARD EACH AREAS IN GROUP ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT (VIGILANTE)

Well trained personnel's are to be paid to take care of and secure each area in group against criminals especially at night which is the main time for criminal activity beacuse the citizens are asleep

• CREATION OF EMPLOYMENT

Governments officials are to create spaces in offices, companies and factory for graduates and other citizens and also have them paid in a good price and not to be owed in any way .

ADVANTAGE OF HAVING A COUNTRY FREE OF CRIME

• The peace of the nation would be at its peak and would be as good examples to other countries
• It attracts foreign investors and many other deals for d country due to its calmness
• It helps in fast development of the country
• Increases the comfortability of the citizens and help to serve the country well
• Helps the country gain international recognition

DISADVANTAGE OF HAVING A COUNTRY FULL OF CRIME, INSECURITY AND TERRORISM

• All the citizens life are in danger
• Slows down the progress of a country
• Scares away investors which can also profit the nation
• Tarnishes the county reputation internationally
• The country can now be vanurable to attacks with no one really knows the source

CONCLUSION

All these changes starts from you and I in our grate country NIGERIA we all can make changes and we all to including our future generations would enjoy it . Thanks for being a part of this I really appreciate you all
