Today I am discussing about a very big topic and which is been seen and noticed in society of today and it's common among people.
This is the aspect of full well being of our body influencing on how we feel, think act and reacts to things in our environment and around us . Many people do suffer with mental health and keep so silent.
1: Mental health affects our relationship and daily life also in relating to people.
2: Mental health can affect our physical health and well being .
3: Mental health can lead someone to depression
To be able to cope with mental health one should do some things such as
1: Educating ourselves and others as well
2: Supporting people who have the problem of mental health.
3: Talking openly about mental health can aid too.
4: Getting a therapist or a doctor.
5: Talking to a trusted friend or family member.
1: This can lead to the breakdown of relationships 2: This can lead to physical health problem.
3: It can lead to addiction, depression and suicide
taughts.
4: Decreased productivity.
OUR MENTAL HEALTH IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS OUR PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WE PAYING ATTENTION TO IT CAN HELP OUT IN GETTING OUR MENTAL HEALTH IN ORDER.
