This is a beautiful place to be, does it require writing, selling or any investment opportunities or can they be required later?.
I may revisit it and read it properly, but what does the owner stand to gain since he is giving out to others?

    It does not require writing. You just need to be selling your data for "Sell Your Data". The "Guaranteed sales requires that you buy offers, and the "refer $ earn" is just inviting people to the platform while you earn commission. You can as well go through the article again.
