Skills or Talents

In life, we have been blessed; some people are blessed with talent, whereas others are blessed with skills like managerial skills, which make everyone of us unique and special in our own ways. Here I have discussed skills and talent.

In your own words, tell us what you think a skill is and what a talent is.

Skill:
Skill is the ability of a person to do something that he or she has learned very well. Skill is what a person has trained for or the technical knowledge that they have acquired to be more productive.

This skill has to do with learning, communicating, listening, programming, organizing, and several other intellectual things that are done to move an organization forward. In conclusion, skill requires a person to show the best behavior or action that can move an organization forward.

Talent:
Talent is a natural gift that a person is born with, which is the ability to do something better than even those who have learned it. To this, I can say that talent is a gift from God that makes a person so special and different from others.

Most musicians are talented when it comes to signing because, by nature, they are born to become singers. In conclusion, talent is unteachable because it's something a person is born with.

Which of them do you prefer and why?

I prefer talent over skills because talent is money. Talent is more competitive than skills. We have millions of people that have read the course that I am currently studying in school, whereas we have less than a million talented footballers or musicians, which makes me prefer talent over skills.

Talent can make a person great faster than skills. A person with talent is a better boss on his or her own than a person with skill. In conclusion I prefer talent over skill because it makes someone more special than others. We can learn a skill, but we cannot learn talent, which is a special gift from God.

Do you have a skill or a talent? Tell us about it.

I have both, but my skill is greater than my talent because I haven't fully discovered my talent. As for my skills, I am good at doing business; even as a student, I ran a clothing business, and I am also good at managerial skills.

Myself when managing an organization

I can perfectly handle the management activities of an organization if I am appointed to do so. Most people call me a leader because of how well I manage resources and carry people along. In my school, I didn't contest for any SUG position or department position, but I was nominated to be secretary because of my leadership skills.
