For couples choosing to stay in separate rooms even though they stay in the same house, it means it is either the couples are having misunderstanding. Anyway, my view on this is that the couple is trying to maintain their personal space, sense of independence, and better sleep quality while maintaining stronger relationships. Negatively people do see it as a way of physical or emotional disturbance.

However, if both couples agree and it enhances their well-being, it can actually strengthen their relationship. What makes couples separate is mostly ejection or disagreement, but communication and mutual understanding are also contributing factors.

Yes, I think question 1 should be discussed by husband and wife before marriage to have a better home. If question 1 is discussed by couples, it will help couples to have a healthy home, make each of them know their space, and respect each other space. If this is discussed by couples it would help couples to understand each other better and live happily in their home.

Which do you prefer, sharing the same room with your spouse or living in separate rooms, give your reasons.

I prefer sharing the same room with my spouse, but if my spouse and I had an issue in our marriage, I would prefer we live in separate rooms to cool off our heads and think of a better way to solve our problems. Living in a separate room doesn't mean couples hate themselves, but it is a way of making couples respect each other space.
