Explain stress in your words.
Stress is the feeling of weakness or tiredness of the body which occurs to us when we have overstressed our body with work. Stress makes someone feel weak and tired. Stress makes someone feel lazy and moody.
There was a time when I went to the farm and worked so hard like someone who was energized to do so without knowing that there would be a day I would feel so stressed. After doing the farm home the next day I couldn't do anything I just fell asleep because of how I had been stressed up. This means stress makes some weak and tired.
What is the best way to handle stress?
There are several ways to handle stress for me the best way to handle stress is to have a deep rest from work or any activities that can make us feel stressed. Also, the other best ways to handle stress are; doing exercise like walking, running, meditating, listening to music, eating good food and taking a deep rest like I have said earlier.
Have you been stressed up before? What caused it and what did you do?
Yes, I have been stressed before and I have briefly said it before. The cause of my stress before was the farm work that I did. As of last week, I followed my mum to the farm to harvest beans which was too hectic for me. We harvested and packed the beans which were about 2 bags home and at the end of the day, I became stressed up.
What I did to manage my stress was doing little exercises, which I then ate fruits such as watermelon, banana, and Apple after which I then went to bed and slept for a while.
Do you think stress can solve these life challenges?
No, I don't think stress can solve these life challenges because in life it is not only stress that challenges us. There are a lot of things that challenge us in life. When one doesn't have money he or she does feel challenges.
What advice can you give to someone who is under stress right now?
Well, I don't have much advice to give to someone who is under stress right now. If you are under stress right now I would advise you to work less and spend some quality time resting. Always prioritize self-care for yourself to stay healthy. Don't overstress yourself with work so you won't end up being stressed at the end of the day. If you notice you had a hectic day, do ensure you rest well.
