Steemit operates on a decentralized blockchain which enables people with internet access to join the Steemit platform without restrictions or need for central approval. This type of openness in Steemit encourages people from different places to participate.

Content Sharing Steemit allows users to create and share their blog posts, multimedia, articles, and others which is visible to a global audience and brings about interaction and discussion across different cultures.

Communities Steemit hosts a lot of top-based communities where users across the world with shared interests can connect and collaborate. These Communities in Steemit break geographical barriers and foster global connections.

Rewards System It rewards users with STEEM coins for posting and voting posts which creates a sense of shared purpose across diverse regions in the world.

Glob challenges and collaboration A lot of contests, challenges, and project collaboration are hosted on Steemit to encourage users from different parts of the world to work together as a team.

What makes me feel part of the Steemit community is the rewards and non-restriction in the Steemit community. The rewards that I do earn from the Steemit community, are the support, and engagement in the community.

Why is supporting each other important on Steemit?

Supporting each other is important on Steemit because Steemit is a win-win platform where supporting others through upvotes equally makes someone earn rewards. Also supporting each other is important for Steemit as it creates mutual relationships and understanding among each other.

Supporting each other contributes to the growth and success of each other. Also supporting each other is an easy way for each other to grow faster and become well known. By supporting each other I am using my steem power which is a good thing.

How can we help new users feel welcome?

We can help new users feel welcome by teaching and supporting them to grow. We can do this by creating a WhatsApp, discord, or Telegram group where we can add them to the group and teach them things about the Steemit platform that they need to know.

Also, we can go through their post to encourage and support them. Like for example if we find out there is something wrong With the post of a new user we can correct the user in a way that he or she will understand and take correction.
