Hello Friends of steem4Nigeria community, it has been quite a challenging week for me but I am happy that I am better. I started off the week with high hopes of productivity and results but my body had other plans.
On Monday, I started developing fever in my place of work, so I had to take medication that will help with the fever. Well fever isn't the main sickness, it's just the reaction of the body mechanism to aliens that might have entered the body.
It became worse on Tuesday and on Wednesday. I was bedridden and couldn't eat or go out of the house. I stayed without eating proper food for two days and I had to visit the hospital for a test.
From morning I have been indoors all through, so tried taking a little tea before going off to the hospital, it was difficult getting there, as I didn't have enough energy, walking from the road to the hospital.
Well after some enquiries about the cost, the doctor asked me to get ready for the diagnosis, which began in the evening.
My blood was taken and then my urine and the test was ran immediately.

I waited patiently for the result, while it was raining heavily outside. I wasn't with my sweater and it was very cold in there. I was asked to stay in a warm area to help my cold body.
Test result came out and it was Malaria and typhoid. This caused a shortage of blood level for me too. Some medications were prescribed by the doctor and I was handed the results too.
Before going to get the medication, I had to eat food first, so I bought rice with stew from a restaurant and had my first meal for the day. I was energised. I also bought ORS from the pharmacy to help with electrolytes.

I got home and had to sleep because I was tired.
I woke up to play a tap to earn game on telegram called Blum and performed other activities before sleeping for the day.
My productivity, efficiency and results for the week was reduced but I am grateful to God for life and helping me recover very fast.
I am getting better now.
Trying as much as possible not to get sick anymore.
