Hi friends.. How are you fairing today? I hope you're good. I want to specially thank you for visiting my blog post, the pleasure is mine.😊 Its another week of the accelerator contest, and today I will be sharing with you on the information that has made a positive impact in my life. My entry is below;

What do you understand by the word Information?

The concept of information is relevant and connected to various concepts. Information are facts provided to learn about something or someone. In other words, it can also be described as knowledge that is gotten from study, instructions, investigations, experiencing something, whether visually, verbally, or non- verbally. Information keeps us going in life and makes life more easier and connected.

Do you agree with the statement "Information is power"?

Information tends to brings us to the present things happening within our society. If you are not informed, you are deformed. People who have informational power has the ability to withhold, share, manipulate, and distort news. But when you are deformed,you won't be able to know things happening within your vicinity. Information is shared to help others. Information is required in our every day life because it helps us to live our life most effectively, especially in times of crisis and adversity.

Also, information improves our decisions in life. When you're not informed about something, you won't be able to decide things about the future. Information shared at the right time and in the right form can empower others and improve their decisions in life. To me, without information, life seems so awful and hopeless. Information is power as long as we can transform it into action.

Share with us the information that changed your life

The decisions that we make in life today have impacts in our future, directly or indirectly. People learn and grow from every experience that they go through in life. I have had many experience in life that has made a different impacts that changed my life for good. So, I will be sharing one of these life changing experience I had with you.

When I was done with my secondary school education, I was searching for a work to do rather than staying at home all day. So one day, I finally got a job as a secretary in a law office. I started the work and it made me happy. As time was going on, it was making my money and my boss then liked me so much because of how honest and truthful I was to her. To cut the long story short, one day as I was closing the office for the day, my boss came and told me that she was looking for the money that she dropped in her locker. I was so surprised to hear her ask me that, because that was the last thing that would ever come in my mind to do.

She asked my colleagues too,and no one admitted that they saw the money. Next, she pointed at me and said that her instinct keeps on telling her that I was the one responsible for the stolen money. I was short of words and flagbasttered. She fired me immediately. I went home and was crying. My sister kept on saying that I should stop the cry, that everything would be okay soon. After some months, I got an information online that a catering company needs qualified caterers. As one who has an experience in that field, I applied for it online, but I didn't apply too much energy because I didn't believe it at first.

One day, I was washing a few clothes when my phone rang, I picked it up and answered the call. It was the company that called me and said I was selected for the work. Also, there was free accommodation for people like me coming who comes from far distances. In Summary, I got the job and the pay there was way bigger than the first one. Information is really power, because if I was deformed I would have missed so an opportunity. Indeed, that information has changed my life for good.
