What do you understand by the word Information?! |

The word information has a broad meaning and can be explained in different ways.
But my understanding of the word "information" is this, information is knowledge you get about something or someone through studies, research, people, or even instruction.
Information can be in different formats:
1. In written words such as newspapers, blogs, etc.
2. In spoken words
3. Data (in terms of computer operators) and a lot more.
But in all information is to educate the recipient.
And not all information is useful.

Yeah, I agree with the statement that "information is power" though it's not all information that is useful I agree that information is power.
I believe this saying so strongly, it said:
What keeps you above your peers is the knowledge you have gotten and have applied.
We can see daily that everyone strives to get more information about what they're doing because that's what keeps them ahead of other competitors.
I have seen that a man cannot advance beyond the level of knowledge he has. What surrounds your mind will always be what will influence your life, in your actions, words, etc.
No matter what the importance of information cannot be over-emphasized in a man's life.
Even in this Tech era the most influential people are the ones with more information and are still going for more.

One piece of information that changed my life so much and mindset is this word of advice I received from my mentor who said:
No one owes you anything in this life, you owe yourself to be rich. And know this truth nobody is coming to save you.
Since from the day I heard him say these words to me till now the entitlement mindset I had died off and I have to sit up.
In conclusion: Information is a crucial need in our lives as humans, and I will advise everyone to go for it because you need information to be at the top.
