What do you think causes people to lose their motivation in life?
Yes, I think we need motivation along the way in life because, we get frustrated while working, when we don't reach our goals. And just then if we get any inspiration then we can rush towards a new path If we forget that I can't do it before we think we'll ever be successful at something, we become discouraged and lose motivation.

Have you been discouraged or depressed before? How did you handle it
Yes, I have suffered a lot of depression but now I am trying to bring myself to a place, and I have succeeded a lot, I am married in a village house, and I live in a village house with my in-laws. Sometimes I thought that my identity will be just a housewife, my identity as a house wife, sometimes I will not be able to develop myself at some level After that, I became very frustrated to develop my identity because my in-laws told me that I should never go out of the house,I join the steemit work online with my smartphone from home, and here I got so much support from everyone which was like my dream and I feel like I can make an identity even from this small hut, that's a lot for me And I can proudly say I do something I work.

Is self-motivation a good practice? Explain
Yes, I believe motivation helps a lot in reaching people's goals, because, if we are broken we can never do anything good, when we are down we tell ourselves we have to be good, reach our goals, stay healthy. We will, if this motivation is within ourselvesWe can reach our goal.
On Steemit what keeps you motivated
Today through this contest, I have to say one thing, I came to steemit and learned a lot of things, which I never had any idea about before And most importantly I got a lot of inspiration from here which was more helpful for my work. And I hope from here I can be inspired to reach my goal.
