Greetings to Steemians all over the world, it is good to have you in my blog today. I will be describing some things about the Steemit platform in this contest by @okere-blessing.
I started on the steemit platform from August 2021, I have learn many things about the Steemit platform.

How well do you know steemit blockchain?

Steemit is social media platform that is connected on a crypto Blockchain which gives Steem as reward for posting quality posts on the platform. The post we make and transactions are recorded on the steemit Blockchain in a way that can not be deleted or changed. A nice place to keep a permanent record of my existence.
You will do better on steemit if you belong to a good club saving 50% (Club5050), 75% or 100%. Steemit requires work and dedication.

How can you explain steemit to a stranger?

Steemit is like Facebook where people connect and share their ideas but better because you have rules that makes you learn, and you get rewarded to encourage good quality posts on the platform.
Steemit makes us learn because users are not allowed to copy and paste other people's post, encouraging original ideas and creativity.
Steemit is a global platform split into areas of interest called communities. In a community you will see people with the same interest.

What is the meaning of this acronym CSI on steemit. How can a user know his /her voting CSI.

CSI on Steemit means Community Support Index a number that show how a user have been voting other users on the platform. The higher than CSI the better.
In most community, the Mod will check your CSI in the assessment that is put on your post.

For you to check your vote CSI, you should go to the steemworld site by clicking on this Link, it will take you to my steemworld. You should change the username to your username and check the stats tab for voting CSI, under Feeds, Community and Wallet.
It is the last item in the stats tab.

What is the work of curators on steemit?

A curator is a person who go around looking for good quality post to discover on steemit. When they see a good post, the curator will vote on the post.
Steemit makes use of votes from curators to identify good quality posts.
For helping steemit discover good quality posts, steemit rewards the curator with curation reward. To be a curator on steemit, you need a large steem-power.

What is SP ? . How long does it take to return to Steem if a power down is being initiated.

Steem power is the amount of Steem a user has invested on steemit by powering it up. if a power down is being initiated, it will take a total of one month to get the Steem power converted into Steem

Conclusion

I love steemit, I love Steem power and I wish to have many steem-power and vote people. This is what I know about voting CSI, Steem power, Curators and steemit.
