Hallo my wonderful people over here, best of regards from yours truly, @kingdouglas, May I use this medium to share my last Sunday's activities with my wonderful friends in steemit. Hope you all had a wonderful day just like I did! Okay without much talk, let me talk about how my Sunday went.

I woke up quite excited but somehow I wasn't just feeling it because I never had much money on me to go to church, though I attended the church online and I believe God understands this part and he will bless me very soon. When I got up, my friend, Aniekan called and asked when I was going to meet him in his house because we usually have our "Young Investors Content Creators general meeting on every 2nd Sunday of the month and I was supposed to meet him in his house early before we move to the meeting venue by 4pm.

I told him I was going to visit him soon, I got up and entered bathroom, brushed my teeth, took my bath and took my 2 glasses of water, which is what I always do routinely. I took my light breakfast and put on my clothes then hit the road to his house.

I arrived his house by 12pm, I met him outside his house, he was ready to go to his poultry farm, joined him to his farm.

Arriving Poultry Farm.

Though my friend is a secondary school teacher, as a hard working citizen, to be able to cope with the harsh economy we face currently in Nigeria, one need to have multiple streams of income. Aniekan is barely one year and six months in poultry business but you will be amazed by the knowledge he acquired and the financial level he attend already. He has 70 broilers and 10 turkey birds in his farm as I speak. I made a good use of the opportunity to acquire a huge knowledge on poultry farm business. I can boldly beat my chest that if I have the required capital now I'll open a poultry farm. It's a very lucrative business.

Our Activities in the Poultry Farm

Cleaning: He first of all removed all the feeders and waterers from the farm and asked me to assist him to wash while he removed waste to maintain hygiene.

Feeding: After removing the waste, and spread fresh and treated sawdust, he provided the birds with nutritious feed.

Watering: He monitored the health of the birds by checking for sign of illness and administered vaccination in the water for them to prevent diseases.

Pest Control: He mixed izal with water and spread around the entire surrounding of the farm to control rodents, flies, and other pests that can harm birds or spread disease.

I was so happy assisting him while I was also learning. By 2:20pm, we left the poultry farm and went back to his house, we freshened up and rest so that we can attend our monthly content creators general meeting.

By 4pm, we were already at the meeting venue, all the items in the agenda were discussed and deliberated on. The key notes was the progress of the organisation and the upcoming end of the year party that is slated to hold by December. After all the items in the agenda, the meeting was adjourned and a closing prayer by 6pm.
