Juliet is a beautiful young lady who is always very cheerful and happy. Sometimes people wonder why she is just this happy and wouldn't even allow any dull moment in her life.

You won't be able to stay around her if you are a saddist and that is because she wouldn't even allow you come close. That is how much she values her happiness. The good thing is that she transfers the happiness to everyone around her.

---

Seyi, her very good friend at work always complains about her unneccesary spendings. Well she considers it as unnecessary because she feels the money was not supposed to be spent on what it was spent for in the first place.

---

That was never an issue to Juliet because of her large heart. Just a week ago Juliet was at the orphanage home to extend her hands of love to the kids there. These are the kind of things she spends on. She welcomes those who are in need and would always leave a smile on their faces.

There is one other thing her friend Seyi have been observing. She has observed that anytime they close for the day and are about leaving for home, her mood changes and her countenance becomes very discouraging. She always try to mask it with a smile but it always very glaring.

Anytime Juliet gets home after the day's work she becomes very moody and depressed. She feels lively and happy when around people, she sees it as a means of distracting herself. She can't help but remember what the doctor told her 5 months ago. Her doctor told her that she won't be living for long as a result of a terminal disease in her body system that was gradually eating her up.

She has refused to disclosed this to anyone. And so she was dying in silence. She has cried her heart out, there was no more tears to shed any longer. She has accepted her fate and was ready to live with the sickness but has also promised herself she was going to live the remaining days of her life cheerfully and impactfully.

This was the reason why she decided to be as good as she can to everyone she comes across especially those that are going through one struggle or the other. She has all the money she need but the money she has have not been able to save her. She has now made up her mind to affect lives.

---

On one fateful day Juliet got to work and as usual greeted everyone both the junior and senior collegue. This greeting started even from the gate where the security men are. The security men loves to see her around seeing her at work means there will be a something for themselves that day no matter how little.

Now after greeting her colleague, she went to her table to settle down and then all of a suddenly she started feeling weak, Seyi her close friend whose table seems closest to her discovered this and then came close to know what was wrong. Immediately she got to her Juliet passed out.

---

Seyi shouted for help on top of her voice and the other colleagues came around and did their best to resuscitate her and also stabilize her. That was when they all took a deep breath of relief. They wanted to take her to the hospital but she refused and insisted that she would be fine.

---

The management then released her for the day and also released her friend Seyi so she could take her home as they were not sure she would be able to make it home herself. Seyi did as the management directed, she took Juliet home.

---

On getting home she managed to lay her down on the three seater sofa in the mini sitting room and then decided to stay and observe her for a while till slept off. She felt it would be expedient to stay over so that she can also help out with her needs.

---

So while she was sitting and observing, she saw a paper on the stool just beside the chair she was sitting on, well the paper had been there all along but she never saw it because her mind wasn't just there but now that she seems bored she wanted to distract herself.

She then took the paper and discovered it was a medical report. She wanted to ignore it since it's something personal but she just could not and out of curiousity she decided to read through and then she met the shock of her life.

Her friend was suffering from a terminal disease, a chronic one at that and she was in the last stage where nothing could be done... She didn't know when tears trickled from her eyes, her countenance changed and she felt really sorry for her friend.

Everything began to make sense to her, she now understands why her friend is that selfless. Why she cared so much about others with compassion why she even refused to be taken to the hospital. She cried and cried till it became difficult for her facial expression to hide it.

Juliet woke up after 2 hours and then saw her friend looking pale with eyes swollen which made it obvious she had been crying. She wanted to move close to know what was wrong and then she received the shock of her life...that which she had covered for a very long time has now been revealed. She forget the report on that stool the previous night after brooding over the report

She looked at her friend and then tears started rolling down her eyes. There was nothing to say, Seyi moved close,hugged her and then wept uncontrollably. It was a very emotional moment for the duo.
Seyi could not believe someone who is this cheerful and happy can really be going through all these.

Indeed most of the people with the best smiles have a lot they are going through which they can't tell others. They have only chosen to be strong for themselves and others.
