Greetings my fellow steemians community trusting God all is well out there, l am thrilled to participate in writing this topic with a unique question.
•What do you understand about the role of a moderator?

I would start by saying a moderator is a person who plays a vital role in managing and maintaining a physical and digital environment suitable for interaction as well as facilitating the relationship with the community members, the moderator guide against conflicts and dispute and assertain accurate information sharing in order to accomplish it's aim.

•If you were given an opportunity to choose any community of your choice for this role, what community would It be ---and why?

If this opportunity was given to me to chose any community of my choice I would have loved to chose New comers community where the members would be clearly taught the basis of the community, the rules and regulations as well as ensuring a positive and productive environment that supports the growth.
These would make the newbies to achieved their goals, establish themselves as a valued community member,motivate and develop skills through mentorship professional training which also shape community culture or direction .
Being a moderator promote excellent communication skill, update community resources if any and focus on specific target for quality building community, this setting would encourage the newbies to produce a quality and stable foundation that can help to become future moderator

•What would be your input as an incoming moderator of that community of your choice?

As an incoming moderator I would establish a standard environment where the community members would learn and set the modality for easy communication as well as guidelines for norms, I will collaborate with the existing moderators in order to achieve my goals while manage and maintain policies, establish clear roles and responsibilities, when all these are implement,it would create a thriving community ensuring all individual regardless of background or identity feel valued and supported by way of creativity and innovation and otherwise.
