My choice Cold,Warm or Hot Water?

Greetings everyone @steemians community, hope you all are doing well it's a pleasure to participate in another wonderful creative challenge

State your choice:

•My Choice Warm Water
Water is essential used for both human beings plant and animals as well as essential elements that surround us, water can be used cold, warm or hot pertaining to individual needs , talking about my choice for water I like using Warm Water and I prefer using it often than cold water.

Give the reason why you choose that:
•I choose warm water as my preferred choice and therapy for my healthy life especially during cold winter I would heat warm Water and used for bathing as It is good for stress relief and muscle cramps ,it improves circulation,eases joint pains as well as emotional well being.
I always used warm water for washing my hair before braided to avoid dandruff .
Warm Water is as good as medication for the body, I heat warm water and drank first thing in the morning to helped burn fat and remove some waste product in my body , nursing mothers used warm water and bath their babies and also for drinking, warm water contribute a lot in human health/life .

Tell us how that has been of help to you or how it can help others:

•Warm water has been helping me a lot in the aspect of health It is awesome especially when drinking in the morning, It flushes toxin in my body, help with weight loss and regained strength as well as supporting cardiovascular and brain function and relief fever when bathing, It is good for ageing people especially in cold winter and ease the arthritis,waist pain , one can drink warm water as he/she prefers using glasses or mug cup but should not abstain from warm water, I encourage everyone to enjoy the benefits of using warm water
