Dear friends, tea is used all over the world and it is present in almost every country. Each country has its own style of making tea. Tea is very useful for us and some people get used to it. Friends, there are different types of tea found in different cities of Pakistan but in our area there is a special tea which is Gurwali tea.

It is much more useful than any tea in our area and its benefits are uncountable. It has stalls everywhere in our area and people drink it with full passion. Gurwali tea is not very popular in foreign countries. Most of the outsiders use sugar tea but in Pakistan Gur tea is used a lot. This tea is mostly used by Pakistani drivers because it is useful for them.

Is there any history attached to it? Explain.

My dear Friends, Under the direction of the Pakistan Tea Board, the first tea plantations were established in 1958 at village Baffa, District Mansehra, and at Misriot Dam, Rawalpindi (Pakistan), in 1964.

Due to a lack of appropriate Government (Pak) attention, the attempts were unsuccessful. Soon after East Pakistan's division, PARC took decisive action and planted tea seeds on 1.5 acres in the village of Baffa, district of Mansehra (Pakistan).

After surveying the potential tea-growing region in Pakistan's northern hilly tract in 1982, a four person team of Chinese tea experts came to the area. They created a joint tea research program and planted tea on 2 acres of land at Daively, district Mansehra (Pakistan). So, this is the short history of tea in Pakistan.

Do you think you can do without taking them for some time?

No i can't live without it now it has become an important part of my life if i don't drink it my head starts to ache i use it five times a day and now I have never lived without it. A few days ago I tried to quit it but my health got very bad. I can't get well without drinking it.

How is it prepared? Show us the steps required for its preparation or you can buy from a restaurant and promote the business.

Its making process is not so difficult. you can make this tea in a short period of time. It takes me a maximum of ten or fifteen minutes to make it and it is well made. But for that you need some ingrediants which I listed below.

• 1 TEA SPOON OF TEA LEAF
• 3 PIECES OF GUR
• 1 GLASS OF PURE MILK

So if we have these three things we can make it very easily now I will tell you how to make it with a step by step procedure.

STEP 1

In the first step I put the milk in a steel pot and heated it for a while on low heat. When it got a little hot then I shake it for some time. Then I put three pieces of Gur in the hot milk and shakes it well so that the Gur will mix well in the hot milk. I also took pictures of this procedure that have been shared with you below.

STEP 2

In the second step I saw that the Gur got mixed well in the hot milk. Then I put a spoon of tea leaf in the milk for the better taste. I mixed the leaf well in the milk and after a while I noticed that the milk started to change color.

STEP 3

In the third and final step I boiled it well and put it in a cup and then started drinking it was really tasty. I also take some pictures of it that i want to share with you.

So this is a very easy way to make Gur tea, anyone can make it.

What are your recommendations for others about this food

If we talk about recommendations, I would recommend you all to taste it because it is much more beneficial than other teas, it also greatly reduces the chances of diabetes. And there are many more benefits of this tea. If you want to enjoy tea then following my advice you will definitely try to it once in your life. Its taste is wonderful.
