So much of effort and work on you. You must have eventually have a choky day to deal with also. Hope you eventually had time to rest because that is also very important

    Thank You @mandate. Rest is necessary as it wasn't in my vocabulary for some time now, but I need to reschedule my activities to give myself more time and rest to recover more.
