Decentralized Applications are tools that provide steemit with some kind of support by offering a specific service making life easier for Steemian.
For the past years, I have had a great time blogging on the steemit platform, I have really enjoyed steemit that other social media accounts of mine are suffering and should be very jealous of the amount of attention I devote to steeming. The fact that I get rewarded for engaging on steemit is mind bugging.
From the time I joined steemit, it has been a rollercoaster involving teaching and learning, the development of some inert skills like my written skills, improvement on existing skills, creating new friendship and meeting people like @patjewell, and so far, I have only had a lot of positive experiences.
Is anything missing on steemit?
Steemit is so dynamic to a point that it would be fair to say that every innovative idea that has not yet been implemented are the only things missing for now.
I will love to suggest an application that tracks and rewards Steemians who are actively recruiting new ones into the steemit platform based on the quality of the recruit's engagement and contribution to the ecosystem.
How is this expected to work
This project is aimed at rewarding Steemians for their hard work which involves recruiting new ones into the platform, and investing time and effort in training them so they can interact gainfully with the platform, making meaningful contributions and creating better quality content.
The application will help the platform calculate a reward for a Steemian who served as a mentor for the excellent post and engagements of their prodigy.
This will encourage Steemians to build up their recruits knowing that they will benefit from their excellent performance.
A Steemian will have to register with the application as a promoter and mentor, the app in turn will generate a referral code for the Steemians new recruits, the mentors work on the newcomers will be evident in the quality of post, comments, engagement and quality of content created by the recruit.
Requirements
This will require a database that tracks the activities of our recruits and generates a reward for their mentor.
Benefit to Steemians, Steemit and Steem at large
Steemians will receive better attention as their mentors will be motivated to give them their best.
Steemians who already have the skill to create high quality content will love to train their recruits as they tend to benefit from the outcome.
Steemit as a platform will end up having better quality posts from it's members.
This will not conflict with the newcomer Community because this will provide instruction customized to the Steemian's specific needs
My conviction
I am convinced that this upgrade to the steemit reward system will have positive effects on newcomers, and meet the platform's ideals which involves Steemians who make high quality engagement.

@fredquantum Your comment shows you read every word in my post, thank you for your time.
Yes I agree with the fact that mentors should not be rewarded simply for recruiting new ones, but for the measurable effect of their work which is observed in the quality of engagement (post quality and value) created by the verified recruit.

A very interesting point of view!
Rewards for contributions will always go down well. As for recruiting, I’m afraid I fail the test.
I agree with you, meeting Steemians enriched my life tremendously
Keep on delivering such great posts!
