Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you are all well. I'm fine too. I am Mohammad Kamran Hossain. Today I am going to participate in a wonderful contest organized by @simonnwigwe sir in "Steem4Nigeria" community and the main topic of today's contest is "My goal or target for the season 8 engagement challenge". I thank @simonnwigwe sir who organized such a wonderful contest. Now I am presenting to you the main points of the engagement challenge season 8 contest.
Basically, I mean Steemit Engagement Challenge to showcase your skills to everyone. I feel like the Engagement Challenge is like a teacher testing their students after reading a year's worth of books, although there's no obligation. However, being a normal steemit user, I had a hope from the beginning to complete the "clubdholpin" achievement from this platform, so I constantly keep posting more contest posts and general posts in the hope of more votes. And Engagement Challenge is an event where big accounts like "steemcurator01" & "steemcurator02" vote on quality posts, the amount of votes is very high and only a few votes of this big account will be enough to complete my clubdholpin achievement because I am clubdholpin achievement. On the edgeI amCurrently my SP is a little more than 4700 and my goal this season is to participate in more Engagement Challenges and get clubdholpin with 3/4 votes of 02 although I posted 4 posts in Engagement Challenge of Season 8 and did not get any votes of 02. I am also hopeful that my goal will be fulfilled in this seasone with the help of steemit team.
Basically my goal is clubdholpin which I want to accomplish in the seasone 8 Engagement Challenge. If I want to meet my goal quickly I will first need a big vote from SC01 & Sc02 so I can create better content in the Engagement Challenge. Also, I need quality comments on other users' posts. It will have the chance to get support from Sc01 & SC02 and also I will have to participate in the steemit team's little important project "burnsteem25" to increase the chances of getting big votes. If I can attract big curators by doing these things, I can easily reach my goal.

If I had the opportunity to change something in the engagement challenge of season 8, then I would definitely look at the curation of users with the account of Sc02, who is in charge of curation of the steemit team. Because often we have seen that with these big accounts, only some people are curated regularly, while many good posts of small users are left empty, but even after posting many posts, they do not get votes for even 1 post and SC02, which is really disappointing. Even I myself did not get any support from SC02 after doing 3/4 engagement posts.So if I have the opportunity to change some of these, then first I will look at all users equally and provide support by considering their posts, this will create hope in their minds and later they will be interested in participating in such a wonderful Engagement Challenge.
Moreover, a total of 7 communities are selected for the Engagement Challenge every season where the Engagement Challenge starts and SC01 & SC02 have the possibility of getting support in those communities. I have seen the Engagement Challenge of current seasone 8 where Engagement Challenge has started in selected 7 communities and the Bing Abhibhakas of that community are doing their work very well and they are performing their duties better in Engagement Challenge which looks normalSo I don't think any change is needed in this regard.
My message to all the communities selected for the Engagement Challenge in Season 8 is that I will tell the parents of all the communities selected for the Engagement to do their duty well. May they announce the winner of the meritorious person with due dignity of the work and should not be negligent of the community in their work. Here they need to understand that everyone hopes to do something good here and every post they spend their valuable time for that the Admin & Moderator of the community should win the appropriate and qualified person and they should be responsible for their work.
steemit Engagement Challenge seasone 8 is a fun competition for us where we can spend our precious time and expect to earn big. If we can present our skills here through our efforts, we can be more profitable in short term. All of us should work diligently on the basis of these things.
