The Diary Game: A Day At Home/ Enjoying My Christmas Holiday [17/12/2024]

Hello my good people, good day to everyone and welcome to another episode of my diary with you, how are you all doing over here? It's been a long ride throughout the year and we are still here living through every storm, God is wonderful. Let's get to my diary.

I was a bit tired when I woke up today, but I had alot to do so I woke up by 8am, went out and fetched water so that I could use it for laundry especially. After fetching water, I washed the dishes and cleaned my room then went outside to stay and wait for my Landlord to finish using the laundry space so I could use it as well.

When he was done, he called on me to come use the space, I went and did the laundry, I washed a whole lot, I have been busy for a while now and my dirty clothes were just there looking at me and today I decided to do justice them, I even washed my bedspread and towel, infact I had to wash all my house wear both dirty and the ones that weren't dirty.

When I was done, I rinsed them and put them on the line, I was even happy the weather was a bit harsh and with how sunny today was, it got dried withing few hours. At least my house will have a fresh breath today, kind of what I have been hoping to do ever since.

When I got back inside, I warmed the soup I had at home and took it for breakfast but then it was already some minutes pass 12 and that also served as my lunch. After eating, I mopped my room and then made my first post on steemit before taking my nap.

When I woke up around 3pm, I took my book and read, it's been a while I read, since I dropped my pen 2020, I haven't been reading and I think it's high time I read especially now that I am always home and working from home.

After that,I went out to stroll, it's my daily routine anyways, I just love evening stroll, it helps calm me down. I strolled around Nwaniba here in Uyo Axis then paid my way back to my place around 6pm. The environment was quite soothing with a beautiful weather that accompanied the evening. Though it was a bit cold but I loved it anyways.

On coming back home, I realized I had a very little water at home, I took my Jerry can to go fetch water since my landlord doesn't want to fix our water pump. It was getting late already and I was even kind of thinking the water vendor might close but thankfully he was still there then I fetched and went back home.

By 6:30pm, I prepared Sapa Rice, and this was what I had for dinner. After eating, I took my bath and made my way outside to stay and enjoy the cool evening breeze while going through people's post on steemit as well as voting and commenting on the ones I could then this is me sharing my day with you all, after this, I will be going to bed and that will be all for today.
