13/04/2024// celebrating @goodybest 3years of blogging and 6 dolphin achievement

It was a double celebration in my city and as one of us reached a greater milestone of 6 dolphin under 3 years of blogging.

When she announced her achievement so far in the Whatsapp group, we were all happy with her and we decided to celebrate with her and being one of the Nigerian country rep, we all agreed on the exact date the function would hold and @ngoenyi our grand patron came up with an event center for us here in Akwa ibom State which we used
The d-day was 13th of April 2024 and the time was 3pm, why we fixed 3 pm was so that people will not come out by 5pm.

Our dress cord was a deep blue and a royal blue that's to represent steemit colors.

My day started with my morning chores, I cleaned up the house, prepared breakfast for the family then did some review on the platform and also engaging with others.

It was a blessed day.

One of my recruiter was battling with his achievement 2 post by name @princelafresh, he didn't know how to do the screenshot so I thought him online since his distance is very far away from where I stays , he is in another state, so all our teaching are usually online.

So I did some teaching with him and I told him about the meet up that we will be having in the evening, so he requested to join us through video call and I promised to do that for him.

By 3 pm I started preparing for the meetup and my kids join in the preparation.

My last child is a very funny boy, he is always disturbing anytime I want to take pictures, he was trying to block every other person to join the picture.

When we arrive the venue of the occasion, I took group photograph with my family and @glorious1 join us in taking the picture.

By the time I got down from the bike I saw @okere-blessing coming and I decided to take a photograph with her, I was so happy seeing her, though she came around with her recruiter and they were all happy to see me, because some of them I usually come across their post anytime I am reviewing on post.

By the time we enter the venue, @bossj23 was already seated with his recruiters and I introduced him to @glorious1 and she was surprised seeing that @bossj23 is the person she has been thinking is a big man not knowing that he is just a student.

As we were waiting, @ngoenyi walk in with her crew and some snacks, I was surprised to see that she was the one that bake the egg rolls, the snacks was so delicious, with her was a friend who joined us in the meetup.
I took some photography with her, I was so happy to see her. She is one person I don't joke with in the steemit platform.

You can all see how happy I was when I saw her, by the time we finished hugging, the celebrant walked in with her celebration cake and we were all happy to see her, she was the one everyone was waiting for, even the newbies was so excited to see her walk in like the president, we all stood tall celebrating her.

The party started with introduction, we all introduce ourselves with our username, one after the other . A total of 30 users attended the meetup, I myself was in charge of the attendant. I make sure that all the users that came around wrote their names for proper documentation.

After the introduction, @ngoenyi, our grand patron open the party with a speech, she urgedeveryone expercially the newbies to be consistent, even when there is no support they should keep on doing what they know best to do, that the steemit blog are watching.
She went ahead advising us to stay a way from plagiarism and Ai, that all these are not welcome, another advice was that she noticed that people are begging for vote, that those involve in this act should stay away from it. She also charged everyone to participate in engagement challenge and we should all try to be active in the platform by commenting on other users post.

@benton3 was in the building, he was our crypto boss, he took his time to tell us more intels about steemit, he said that there is no shot cut in steemit that we all have to work, he went ahead in explaining to us what sbd is all about to the newbies that was present.

Our celebrant was asked to explain to us on how she managed to reach where she is right now, so she advice us to be involved in powering up, that our main focus should be on growing our account so that we will be able to support the newbies.

@bossj23 was our MC for the day, he put up a game for everyone to play and some of us won the game.

We all stood up for @ goodybest to cut her anniversary cake, with the spelling of steemit. And when she was done cutting, we all join hands to cut the cake with her.

When we were done with cutting of the cake, we all dance and be happy, @ngoenyi came out with her mp3, that really help the party to be active.

Why everyone was dancing, I was in charge of sharing the snakes and the cake to everyone.

I make sure the cake, egg rolls, biscuits and the drinks went round, we all enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. The cake was so sweet that I wanted to eat more and more.

After sharing, I join others in dancing, because they can't dance without me, I have to dance too. It was one event that I can't forget in a hurry.

It was so fun and I was happy to see everyone including the newbies around. I thank God I was present to celebrate with her.
