Hello friends, I saw this contest interesting and I decided to participate, thanks to @okere-blessing for organizing such an interesting contest.

As someone who is familiar with the Steemit blockchain, I can confidently say that steemit is a decentralized social media platform that rewards its users for creating and curating content. Unlike other social media platforms, Steemit uses a blockchain technology which their coin is call Steem, the users get cryptocurrency rewards when their post pays and this rewards comes in some dimension known as Steem Dollars,Steem Power, tron and sbd

When explaining Steemit to a stranger that do not know anything about steemit, I would say steemit is a platform where users can create and share content, for example you can create a blog posts, videos, and images, and you get rewarded based on the engagement their content receives. Another thing is that users can also get rewards by curating content through the means of voting on posts and comments.

The acronym CSI on Steemit I will say it's stands for "Content Strength Indicator," and it is an avenue of how effective a user's voting power is in relation to the rewards they receive. Curators on Steemit play an important role in the steemit ecosystem by locating high-quality content and get rewarded by creators through upvotes. Curators also help to increase the visual valuable content and contribute to the overall growth of the Steemit community.

Steem Power(sp), is a token on the Steem platform that represents a user's voting power on the platform. When ever any user initiates a power down on their Steem Power its usually takes about 13 weeks for their Steem to fully return to normal.

Steemit is a very loveable platform that allows it's users to earn cryptocurrency rewards for just creating content.
