My Christmas Celebration.

Hello friends, I am here to participate on this contest, though I wanted to write a post about how I spent my Christmas but when I was about starting I came across this contest. So thank you very much @josepha for organizing this beautiful contest.

How do you celebrate Christmas with your loved ones?

Well my friends Christmas is a season of love, you know is not easy to see this day from January to December, so tell me why won't you love someone and forgive who ever that has wrong you. Do you know what? Because some of us are in the mortuary and while some are in the hospital bed but here we are still waxing strong.

I was able to celebrate my Christmas with my children and some church members, since Christmas day was on Sunday so myself and my children we went to church and celebrate with other church members and then after that one of my choir member followed me to my house and I gave her Afang soup that I cook then tell her to wait till we finished cooking but unfortunately she had a call and she left, so while in church my pastor has already announce that he wants to have dinner with all the choir and all the elders in his house by 4pm, so while I was still preparing salad for my kids while my second son was preparing the chicken then my daughter was parboiling the rice another of church member came around because I invited him so we were to move from my house to my pastor house for the dinner date, so by the time I checked my time it was already past 4pm so because of that I couldn't cook the food, so when I was contemplating on what to do my friend came in with her children so I left the cooking for him and I left for the dinner date.

Did you send a Christmas gift to someone special? If yes, who is that special person?

Well I only did the normal thing not something so special, the only people I gave Christmas gift were my kids which are the only special people I have now in my life. So I bought them some Christmas dress.

Do you think you overspent during Christmas celebration?

Not at all, this Christmas is the first Christmas that I didn't really spent, because I have to assemble the kids and I talk to them that we won't travel because anytime we travel for Christmas I normally spend more . So this Christmas I didn't overspend.

What is the most expensive present you have ever bought or received for Christmas?

If I say I have received any presents this Christmas I will be lying, no body has given me gift and on my own side I have not given out any present to anyone except the one I bought for my children which was their Christmas clothes and that was all.

Did you hang out with your friends? If yes, tell us about it; if no, why?

The only hang out was the dinner date we had with my pastor in his house and after that I went back home and stay with my children, if not for the dinner date I didn't want to go out.

Do you prefer to go out for New Year's Eve or stay in?

I don't like going out on new years eve, I love my peace very much so because of that I don't like going out on new year Eve I prefer staying at home with my children.

If money were no object, what kind of Christmas presents would you have given to Steemit?

Waooo this question seems quite interesting, there kind of gift I love giving to someone I truly care, that kind of gifts is not always common in the market, so the kind of gift I would have given to a steemit would have been a life portrait which is oil on canvas.
