There are times you listen to people conversations and you come to conclusions that this person is not worth it because of one reason to another.

I was looking for a particular thing and I meet with my co-wife and she said she has a particular guy that we need to meet in another local government, so I pleaded with her to take me there. On reaching there, we meet different kinds of people and myself since I was not familiar with them I decided not to involve myself in their conversation, so I was just keeping quiet. In this aspect does it mean I don't have a good sense of humor. Because I didn't have or know anything to contribute to their discussion.

To my understanding and how I view this question I will love to contribute by saying a sense of humor is something that is very important in the society, we partake and contribute to develop a good interpersonal relationships and the total well-being. The main important part of humor is its helps in developing joy, it helps ease tension, and its gives immediate connections within individuals.

I can remember those days I was always when ever I am with people, they like connecting to me because of my sense of humor and that has helped me in life, I connect with people I don't even know and till now is still like that but the problem I am having now is because a lot of things is been occupied on my head so I hardly mixed up.

I will say, having a good sense of humor can be said to be the ability to perceive and thanks the humorous aspects of a particular situation. Sometimes it need wit, creativity, and that ability to convey and give response to jokes in a free and social manner. Those out there with this beautiful sense of humor are mainly adaptable and can pass though complex social environments without stress. This Humor depends on cultural contexts, experiences, and also individual preferences, it keep reminding us that a thing which is funny to one person may not be funny to another. In this case it makes humor a rich space for exploration and also explain its role in communication.

There are many ways in which we can exercise humor with people around us. Firstly, through the sharing of playful comments about our daily life, like in our country group chat, there are times so many discussion about our daily life's and you will see a lot of comments popping in. One should be able to impact a friends of family in playful jokes, this can make the environment laughable Also utilizing self-deprecation can go a long way in helping in reducing tension and increase a sense of camaraderie.
it is very important to take note of the kind of context and the audience, making sure that the humor is good to go and inclusive.

In one of my church programs I brought in humor during the women's convention season most importantly during a cooking projects. we usually share funny stories from our lives and what we pass through, it was fun I won’t Denny that. With this it hasn’t only uplifted our spirits in Christ but also bring team members together. By coming together and forming a humorous bond, we grew a sense of belonging that changed both our productivity and enjoyment of our spiritual journey.

The are benefits and In this case I will say benefits of cultivating a good sense of humor. The different studies have explained that humor can serve as a coping mechanism to reduce stress and also anxiety. It reduces the release of endorphins, and fostering the sense of happiness and also relaxation. Also a positive outlook, developed through humor, can add impact in resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity. To add to my explanation ,we should know humor as it’s known in joining social connections. This humor work as a social glue that bring bonding and collaboration, developing a healthier social climate both in personal and also professional settings.

The Influential individuals have steadily contributed to the field of humor and its very very understanding. The Memes, videos, and witty posts the all have become prevalent, giving the individuals to partake with humor from different cultural aspect in real-time.

Let me conclude here by saying a good sense of humor can play a good role in developing the interpersonal relationships and developing individual well-being. As we understand this, and actively engaging with humor in our lives, we can have deeper connections with those around us. As we all move forward, humor will continue to shape our interactions.
