The Diary Game [13-12-2024]Eating Noodles After A Long While

God day my beloved country people and fellow steemians across the globe, it's weekend already and I guess you're all having fun and relaxing at home, but as for me I am still at my working place, since my work include weekends too. In my diary today I will be sharing with you how I spent my yesterday, please stay with me till the end, thanks.

I noticed that this few days I have been waking up very early around 5am unlike other days that used to be 6am or some minutes pass 6am. When I woke up that yesterday at 5am, I just knelt down and said some few words of prayer to God for the miracle of a new day and also commit the activities of the day into God's hand.

When I was done meditating, I rushed to the bathroom, too my bath and also brushed my teeth. I dressed and went to the kitchen to prepare my breakfast and also arranged what I'm going to take to work and eat for lunch.

After eating my breakfast, I bag my lunch and off I left to work. As I got to the office I didn't see anyone there and the door was locked, so I waited outside for the key holder to come and open the office door.

Few minutes later, all my other colleagues came in and we entered the office. Before we open the office we normally conduct few minutes devotion, so we did it before we settled down.

We had so massive sales that yesterday afternoon, as many customers were just tripping in buy goods. We attended to customers till our lunch time passed, after they have all left we now went to eat our lunch.

After we finished eating, we went back to our duty post. More customers were still coming in to buy clothes and shoes for their kids and other Christmas items.

Sorry I did tell you that where I work, we deals in kiddies wear, and this season is mostly for kids as their parents will be buying them Christmas clothes, shoes and other items that will make a child happy.

I enjoyed the work so well because I get to see children of different kinds, the quite ones and the stubborn ones, and their funny way of doing things, some are so inquisitive, they will be asking you so many questions about the tolls and the items they like.

When their parents don't buy what they wants for them, some will cry awhile some will just be frowning til they leave the store, children are just fun to be with and I love them.

Before I knew it closing time has arrived and we started packing in the goods items we displayed outside into the shop, then locked the shop and went to our different houses.

Along my way home, I stopped by the road side to buy cucumber, because I've been craving noodles for a long while but I didn't know why I did not eat it since then, that yesterday I decided to prepare it for my dinner, and I love cucumber in my noodles so well.

I bought cucumber of NGN500 which is equivalent to 1.21steem, the cucumber was small, just two pieces unlike the last time I bought it, that very size was NGN300 which is 0.73steem equivalent. Things are just going high in price everyday and it's no longer funny again.

When I got home, I had to rest my head a little to recovery from the stress from work. It took me an hour to rest and when I woke up, I went straight to the kitchen to prepare the noodles.

It didn't take me much time to prepare it since I did not use the frying method in preparing it. I just opened the packet and pour the noodles into the pot, pour in the spices, put onions and the rest of the ingredients into the pot and add water and placed it on fire, when it was done, i turned everything into the flat plate and sliced the cucumber on top of it and started eating my noodles while hot 😋.

When I was done eating, I was just sweating like one Christmas goat, so I went and took a shower, it was so refreshing. I just retired to bed and started going through my phone, I wanted to make the post that night before sleeping but the call of nature took my off.
